Fits
The cap is as pictured. I just wish they didn't put their company logo on the back cap. It makes it look kind of junky. They include some neoprene stick on "bumpers" that are supposed to stop the noise of the rear cap hitting the top of the optic. They do absolutely nothing, don't even bother putting them on.

Great accessory. However taking the hood of the scope can turn a 10 minute job into a 2 hour job.
These fit the Eotech very well. You must remove the hood on the Eotech by removing 4 Torx screwsBe warned that the Torx screws used to hold the hood on to the Eotech sights are LockTited in place. Make sure you have the exact tool for that head, are paying very close attention (no TV or phone calls), and are pressing down extremely firmly when trying to make that first turn to loosen each of the 4 screws. You have only one chance to make this a 10 minute job, so make sure everything is set up right to do it. You may have to get your own Torx tool rather than using the ones supplied in the kit so that you can put serious downward pressure onto the screw head. If in doubt, get a better tool: you only have _one_ chance to do this the easy way. If you bugger up the head, you will have to drill the head off (I had to do that to one of the screws), so do everything you can to make that first turn count.A trick that I heard about after many four letter words and electric drill work is using JB Weld. Take the tool that fits the best into the buggered up screw head and JB weld it in place. Wait overnight, and pray to whatever deity you hope will listen to you while trying to back the screw out.

GG&G Eotech Lense Cover
The Eotech lenses cover install was very straight forward as two torx wrenches were included. My Eotech 512 needed the larger wrench size. It is true the torx screws are loctite'ed in place but I had no issues with wrench slippage. Just be very deliberate when using the included L-shapped wrenches to be sure they are fully seated. Otherwise the high leverage of the L-shapped wrench makes it relatively easy to back out the screws. I did not apply new loctite as I'm sure there is enough residual there to keep things tight.Follow the instructions and you'll easily and quickly have the cover installed in your sight's shroud. Then the assembly slides right back onto the sight. Instructions suggest dish soap if the cover/shroud assembly binds excessively when sliding into position but I didn't need it. Maybe the last 3/8" of sliding got a bit tight. For what it is it may be a little expensive but I didn't find any better options. The flip up doors work fine and firmly snap closed. Looks good on my 512 with the optional red laser dot. I just purchased and installed the cover so I don't have any time on it. The cover body is rubbery and the doors are plastic with a little flexibility. I think the durability will be good.

Fits perfectly on the 512 holographic sight as shown in the pictures
I love that it covers my EOTech perfectly like a glove what i didn’t like is that the photos didn’t make it clear that you are supposed to remove the metal hood that covers the holographic sight lens. It was not a difficult process to remove it and install the dust cover it was just annoying it wasn’t mentioned. The only thing left for me to do is paint the ‘Infidel’ letters in white to make it really stand out a marine who served with one while on duty admired my setup

Anti American ? Anti religion ? Extremist? Terrist?
Ok product. It doesn’t make a full steal on the one side. But it seems pretty good design. I’m not happy about the markings on it as whell. It seems to be some forensic language. Possibly Arabic. And the whole infidel. I feel like it’s supporting a cause I want nothing to do with. AMERICA! Someone please translate.

Great lens cover for all weather conditions.
Super fast ship. Only gave this a 4 star because it is almost perfect. I have this on a Eotech 554 and the covers lock down tight, but when the temps down around 20deg F. the rear cover takes a little extra time to get snapped tight.Great product though! Easy to put on, front cover will flip back if caught on a branch or something, also acts as a sunshade. Keeps the rain, snow and pine needles off the eotech lens.
