Not what was pictured
The item that arrived did not look like the full puffy skirt pictured. The item that arrived was well-made, just not what I thought I was purchasing. There were no layers of pink tulle and it was made like a diaper cover - with leg holes. The top layer of zebra with the nice bow were the same. I had bought a 1-2T size and it was very small.I am very pleased with Amazon's prompt refund process.

Toddler had to have something pretty and baby had to have something pretty. In this style there was enough sizesto choose from to get both of them, this pretty item
