good quality, easy to clean, haven't had to sharpen yet as only received recently and it came with a good blade, It's already skinned a couple of rabbits, it's so nice to have such a dextrous knife to use. I only wish there was a sheath for it, as it will be kept in my game bag and not my kitchen.

‘Hand sharpened by professionals’ is written in the description! These ‘professionals’ are clearly not professionals in knife sharpening. The knife is completely blunt and can barely cut an onion let alone even dent the beef brisket it was bought to carve!

Bought this knife 2 days ago arrived this morning revived very quickly really sharp and comfortable to use perfect value for money nothing more to say let the knife do the talking

This is one of those perfect work horses for the kitchen where you don't have to worry about breaking it or making it dull. I've used similar knives professionally and this is one of those things you can keep using, sharpen, abusing, sharpen some more until you end up with a very thin and flexible knife that is suitable for filleting fish. The steel is somewhat bendable which is nice. The handle is suitable when using latex gloves, feels a bit weird without. Good value for money if you want to cut or de-bone your own meat.

I use this a lot in the kitchen mostly for carving small, (labelled large) roasted chickens, a task at which this knife excels, imo, holds an edge well too. Fast delivery.
