Great vacuum and mop
I love this product so far no issues and it does an excellent job at cleaning my apartment around 800 square feet. I researched vacuums for about 1.5 months finding one that would help me w a German Shepherd shedding. Mind you she gets brushed but I can still blow through swiffers. The mop cleans and dries itself so there is no bad smells, the compartments are well sealed so there is also no odor. I loved the dust bag option as I have allergies. The app makes it super convenient to schedule vacuuming or mopping and also enables you to clean by room if needed. The only thing I can tell you is that it is loud when returning to empty the dust bin which to me is not a problem because it seems quite powerful. It vacuums and mops my entire space in about an hour. Plenty of battery life and is a great buy. If you can’t afford the 1500 $ models and don’t want something that is not effective at a lower price, buy this unit. The only other drawback is the dog is not a fan lol, but I’m sure she will get used to it. She does like watching the light on the ceiling in the evening 😆 Update: love the help this vacuum and mop brings. Fair warning don’t forget to empty the dirty water bin or alternatively put a little bit of laundry sanitizer in the waste water because it will smell bad.

The best!
One of the best purchases I’ve made all year. I’m absolutely obsessed and this has helped me so much. I had my baby in Dec so being able to take one thing off my list of things to do with a baby and 2 dogs has helped my mental health! It cleans super well (the dirty water tank shows that on it own lol) super easy to set up and use the app. Mapping took some time but that’s normal. It is a bit loud when emptying but we keep it in the bathroom so the noise Is more muffled. My baby can sleep right though it I will say it does have moments of confusion (thinking a mirror is another room) but it quickly just goes around that area after a bit Regardless great vacuum coming from a mom with 2 golden retrievers

I love my machine but..
It has been a few weeks since I bought this and I'm really happy with it so far, but here are a few things worth knowing if you are looking into buying a machine like this. This is a great machine and I have no problems with it however there is an "updated" model available from the same manufacturer with a different kind of mopping system. It uses a drum instead of discs and as the price differential is not much it may be worth considering. I have not used one so I cannot comment on it. SETUP The machine is heavy (26lbs) so if this seems a bit much for you you may want help getting it into the house and set up. Apart from the safety booklet the machine comes with no instructions. A PDF can be viewed and downloaded from their website. I would recommend reading these while waiting for your unit to arrive. Additionally the machine works from an app which can be downloaded from whichever app store you use. One of the first things you will do when setting up the system is mapping out your house, just a little pointer, floor length mirrors can confuse the system. I ended up with extra rooms where the closet doors were. This is not a huge problem either you can cover the mirrors when mapping or set the extra rooms as a no go zone within the app. There are many cleaning settings available within the app and I suggest playing with them until you find somethings that suits your needs perfectly. Eufy does use its own brand of cleaning solution for mopping the floors, unfortunately you don't get any when you order the machine, it can be ordered on amazon. Two capfulls of solution to each gallon of water works well. CLEANING. Within the app you can set it to clean the entire house, any particular room or rooms or even a zone. The robot itself is surprisingly quiet as it goes about it's tasks. We have tile floors and the there is a a little noise as the wheels go over the grout lines but we don't find it intrusive. Within the app you can set how often the robot returns to base in order to clean the mop and empty the dustbin, (the default is every 15 minutes). This is when you will hear the loudest noise as the machine empties the dustbin it will be as loud as a regular Vacuum cleaner for about 20 seconds or so. You can also set do not disturb times. The machine will skip this step, however you will have to empty the dustbin later. As I mentioned I have tiled floor and the machine does a good job at keeping it clean. When it comes to a rug it automatically switches to vacuum only and again it does a decent job. After it has done it's assigned task it will return home clean itself up and dry the mop heads. As with everything the machine will need a little maintenance now and again. The app will show you when the to do maintenance and a video of how to do it. Overview I am very happy with my purchase and with the cleaning results. Although the lack of instructions could be forgiven (not wanting to use paper) I feel that including a bottle of cleaning solution is not much of an ask when you are spending several hundred dollars on a cleaning machine. It is for this reason i dropped a star.

Just buy a Eufy Robovac...UPDATED
** Update 5/1/21 ** I wrote the below review over a year ago and downgraded it in January due to failures of the brush fan motors, and the complete inability to buy new ones. Anker has since put replacement parts for sale online here: https://us.eufylife.com/collections/accessory, and you can now replace all the key modules that might fail over time (short of an accident, this will likely just be the motor assemblies). The motors use plastic gears, and the gears will inevitably fail after a year or so of daily use, which is kind of frustrating given the high quality of everything else about this machine. However, I can forgive that now that replacement parts are readily available and easy to swap out. The drive wheels (with motors) are easy to swap. The other motors and gears are easy--but require complete complicated disassembly that may be tricky for most consumers. ANKER--you have disrupted the robot vacuum market from iRobot's monopolistic overpricing with smaller, cheaper, and beloved little Eufy machines, I have restored my 5 star rating now that replacement parts are offered, and because of the fantastic customer service offering replacement parts if appropriate. But--please, please redesign the gearboxes so they do not fail prematurely, this is the only blemish on an otherwise fantastic product! ** Original Review ** I LOVE my Eufy Robovacs. I have 3 of them, purchased maybe 9 months ago. Two of them are this 30 model, basically identical to my other 35C model but without Wifi. I never use the Wifi, but the important kicker is if you don't get one of those models you can only run these manually (which is what we do upstairs so we can control the timing), or by setting up a scheduled time to run every day. So, these guys run EVERY day in my basement and first floor, and the house is impeccably clean now. It's really addictive to live in a clean house, but be warned that this is addictive--I can never go back to manually vacuuming when I think "it's time to clean", which turns out to mean the floor was dirty most of the time. These things really really work well, trust me the negative reviews you may see are just the competition spamming Eufy for having a better product, bad luck, or a hater. Here is what I've learned: - It's finally time to buy a robot vacuum cleaner. The price is finally low enough (be sure to use their coupons!), and they work. - Eufy improved on what iRobot pioneered. Never mind all the technical bells and whistles of the Roomba product line, they are all too big to work as well as the Eufy. These things go under most furniture and clean everywhere, no more dust bunnies under the bedroom furniture and china hutch. - Eufy is in 2nd generation and the sensors are not as advanced (e.g., no mapping yet). Don't worry about it, their software is so smart that uses pre-wired cleaning patterns in combination with the simple sensors and with randomness and 100+ minutes per day of run time it gets >95% of the floor perfectly clean each day. Yes, I look forward to the smarter generations coming, but these work really well, and the short size, suction, run time, and price are far more important than a competitor's claims about sensors. - You can buy replacement parts pretty cheap on Amazon (3rd party ones seem to work fine). - Life with Eufy means the house is always clean, all you need to do is dump out the dust bin about weekly (easy to check if it's full), and keep the roller brush free of hair and carpet fibers by cleaning that--for me that's every 2-3 weeks. Perhaps monthly seems fine to clean the actual filter. Everything is super easy and well designed. - You do need to "Eufy proof" your house so it can clean, it will get stuck on the end of a cord, string, etc. - It goes up and down over things surprisingly well, and almost never (like 5 times out of 270 days) gets stuck on the long strings on the end of my huge oriental carpet. - It will occasionally get stuck in some crazy situation--it beeps for help, and goes to sleep if you don't save it. There is a particular rocking chair whose base is a Eufy trap (like 1 time in 10). - Eufy customer support is really fast and great. I had a drive wheel go bad on one of them, and they identified the problem and sent me a new wheel under the 1 year warranty. Replacement took 5 minutes with a screwdriver, now it works fine again. It appears that you can buy all the parts cost effectively if this happens out of warranty. I hope this helps someone, these are great products and I'm happy to be in the new age of clean living!

Great little vacuum and fantastic customer service
We purchased this vacuum, Eufy x10 Pro Omni, for a house gift to ourselves for Christmas. We ordered it on Cyber Monday and didn't receive it until December 24th. No problem, thankfully we had a friend that remained in town and was able to go to our house on Christmas eve and place it in our garage. I started using the vacuum on Friday the 27th, 9 days ago and I have been running it through all the functions and everything I can to see if it has any issues or if it doesn't meet my expectations so I can return it if there are any issues. Before trying to use the vacuum, I watched all the videos and read as much material as I could on setting it up and mapping the home. After feeling comfortable about setting it up I started to set it up to map the house, following instructions in the manual I downloaded. Everything went pretty well and it seem to map out the rooms very well. I noticed if you have curtains that hang to the floor this will cause the vacuum to drive around the curtains and not get close to the wall. Also if you have a bed skirt around the bed it will not go through it to get under the bed. This prevents the vacuum from going under the bed to clean. Before we clean the rooms we pull this up and tuck it in so it will clean under the bed and I roll the curtains up so it will get closer to the wall. I have tried every command and different levels to vacuum different rooms, vacuum and mop bathrooms and the kitchen. The vacuum works very well and I like how it will self-empty at the time intervals I have set it at. For tile it mops and cleans very well with no streaks. Our hardwood floor it cleans it very well however, it leaves swirling marks as well as tire pattern marks from the wheels. I have tried different water levels and trying to clean twice. I do like that the vacuum washes the mops and then dry's the mop heads, so they don't begin to smell. Great feature. When it self-cleans, after vacuuming, it is pretty loud. I think this is because it needs a great deal of suction to clean out the vacuum and deposit it in the bag. This is not an issue if the base is in a different room away from locations you use to relax or watch TV. Even then, it's no problem because it only lasts a few seconds and you can run it when you're not home. I have tried every scenario this vacuum has to offer and it has worked very well and I have been pleased up until last night. Day 8 of testing. For some reason the task of cleaning or emptying the tray for dirty water does not work anymore. I looked up how to troubleshoot this problem and have done everything, several times, that was in two or three troubleshooting guides, video and written. I cleaned everything even though nothing was dirty, since we have only had this vacuum for 8 days, before this issue. See the picture of the water in the tray and how clean it is. Not a dirt or dirty tray issue. I have checked rubber seals, blown soft air through the lines with no issues of blockage. Filters are all clean and brand new. I've been working on this issue for three hours now trying everything and chatting with Eufy, sending Eufy an email explaining the issue with uploaded videos showing all the parts and me going through the steps they requested to fix the problem. I can't call them because they are not open until Monday and as usual, nothing goes wrong until the weekend. At this point I am at a standstill until I can troubleshoot the problem with an actual person. I will update this review once I go through this process and will explain the solution. If, there is one other than replacing the unit. More to come on this. Up until this issue started this vacuum has worked exceptionally well. I highly recommend if you purchase this vacuum to take the time to run it through every scenario, as I have, to make sure it has no bugs and/or that it meets your expectations. At this point I would recommend it to a buyer with caution. This is a very sophisticated piece of equipment that, in my opinion, has a lot of things that could go wrong. Things that even the best handyman won't be able to fix. This day and age, appliances with electronics and all the bells and whistles fail quite regularly and require expensive circuit boards and electronics to repair them. Not to mention the cost for the repair person to do it if you are unable. I recommend purchasing the extended warranty. If not, run this thing every which way to Sunday before the 30-day return expires and then hope nothing fails, especially on a weekend, after the warranty has expired. More to come on this. Update. Eufy emailed me a return label and instructions to send back the base not the rob vac. I had saved the original box therefore, sending it back was not a problem. It took over a week to get a replacement base. I contacted Eufy per my concerns of this elapsed time were I was not able to continue testing the vacuum and its features within the 31 day timeframe for a full refund. They assured me they would extend this date by two weeks. I received the new base shortly after a week. When I returned the base I sent in the cord to the unit and left the vacuum bag installed. When I received the new base it was missing the cord and did not have a vacuum bag. I contacted Eufy and they assured me a cord and a pack of vacuum bags would be shipped. It’s been now almost one more week and I have yet to receive the shipment. For two weeks I haven’t been able to use the vacuum. Eufy did issue me a number to receive two wash pads for free. I had to go to a site through a link emailed to me and enter the code. Problem is, the code covered $10.00 of $12.00 cost do I had to pay $2.00. I contacted Eufy and they said they would reimburse me the $2.00 however, I would have to wait until I receive the pads and then I would need to contact them at such time. Now I’m waiting for the cord, vacuum bags and wash pads. Sorry this review has turned into a novel. I just want to put everything out there to help others to decide on a purchase. As for the vacuum and what I have experienced, while I was able to use it, I am very pleased with the results. Received the new base and everything has worked exceptionally well. Whenever I send the support or customer service an email or a question they always respond immediately with an answer. This unit I would recommend to anybody who has animals. I’ve not had a problem with dog hair tangling in the brush. If someone in the family has long hair that will get tangled in the brush. Great little mid price vacuum fantastic customer service.

The horrors continue- DO NOT BUY THIS!
Update: DO NOT BUY THESE VACUUMS. I REPEAT- DO NOT BUY THESE VACUUMS!! I bought the eufy x10 in March or 2024, by August I was writing the review below. The company reached out and offered me the S1 because they’d already replaced my x10…twice. I gave it a shot and here I am again, warning you against my errors. The S1 worked well for the first few months like the x10 did. Then I started getting error messages about the vacuum not being able to wash the mops correctly and suction water. I reached out, did the troubleshooting, and customer service just stopped responding. I replied to the ticket several times with no response and finally escalated it. I escalated the ticket a week later and got some additional outreach from a manager, Sean. He told me that my vacuum was out of warranty but they would offer me a free servicing of the vacuum. How can my warranty be out in less than a year, you may be asking? Well they kept the original warranty date for the x10- A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT VACUUM AND DISASTER. Make that make sense! Sean sent me the return label and I carefully packed the vacuum and sent it in. When it was returned to me, it was in a random LUGGAGE BOX with some bubble wrap randomly sprinkled in. Sean emailed me and said that they believe my vacuum may have been damaged during repair and to inspect it and report back. It’s no wonder it was due to that weird, random packaging! Damaged was an extreme understatement; my ramp was snapped off at the corner, the vacuum was scratched severely and the docking station looked like it had been dragged along a rocky beach! Worst of all- IT WASN’T FIXED. It was still have the exact same error! I told all do this to Sean two weeks ago and he said he would send a replacement and one was preparing to ship. Well, at the 10 day mark I touched base to find out that a.) they were sending a refurbished unit (which is probably the issue with these in the first place) and that they didn’t have any in stock! How are you preparing a shipment if you don’t have the item? I asked how long the wait was supposed to be and what would happen if there were none…answer TBD. Listen to the reviews that have these similar stories- they are so valid and you will have so much regret and frustration. SAVE YOUR 500+ DOLLARS- THERE ARE FAR BETTER VACUUMS! I purchased this vacuum in March as a birthday gift to myself. I did HOURS of research, comparing it to many other models with similar capabilities and price points. They offered a coupon so I ended up taking the plunge and investing in the x10. It was INCREDIBLE the first 45 days! Then the issues began. First, it was with mapping and edge hugging. It started missing the entire length of our kitchen island. It also began having trouble finding the dock, which was odd because it was always located in the same spot. I reached out to support and after asking for photos of my map and a video of it malfunctioning (which seems odd because the map is in the app, as are the alerts when the vacuum malfunctions)…they told me it was because of the placement of the dock. Ok, fair…I moved it and the issue with the dock resolved but it still misses the issue with the kitchen island. After days of emails back and forth, I finally had to escalate the issue to a manager because they could’ve solve it. Things continue to go downhill as now the vacuum routinely leaves PILES of dirt on the floor and on the rugs! The rugs are also constantly wet, though the mop pads are supposed to lift. These aren’t high tread rugs either- they’re regular ole bath mats. The first photo of the mats is before the vacuum and the second is after- totally gross! The mopping in the videos is shown to be so amazing, but it’s the worst mopping vacuum I’ve ever had. It routinely misses small spills and if something has dried there (we had a lid fall with some yogurt) just forget about it. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this vacuum to anyone. The mopping is subpar, the vacuuming leaves a LOT to be desired, and customer service isn’t that great. Save your money- it’s far better spent on another vacuum that can deliver what it promises. Love the app, though!

The Eufy Robovac 30 is a wonderful little vacuum!
The Eufy Robovac 30 is a wonderful little vacuum! It has far surpassed my expectations. After replacing carpet with dark hardwood floors in most of our 2400 sq. ft. home, I was finding it difficult to keep the dust bunnies at bay. I didn’t know anything about robot vacuums so I went online to do some research. I considered a lot of different brands but what caught my eye about the Robovac 30 was a combination of the positive customer service comments, price, and boundary strips. We have a combination of hardwood, low-medium shag carpet, vinyl, and tile. I was pleased to see that the Eufy Robovac 30 was reported to be effective on all of these surfaces and I have not been disappointed in the Robovac 30’s performance in my home. I was so happy about the effectiveness of my Robovac 30 and the amount of time it saved me that I encouraged my daughter to try it in her home for a few days to see if she would like me to get her one for Christmas. My daughter and son-in-law live in a 2-story home and have 2 indoor cats. After using my Robovac 30 she was sold so I ordered them one for Christmas. The Robovac 30 works wonderfully in her home keeping it free of cat fur. They have a combination of light wood, tile, and carpet. It cleans everything except the stairs. Her Robovac 30 did fall down the stairs once but she said she now leaves on a light and it has never fallen again. She also only cleans when she is at home and does not schedule cleanings. She has had her Robovac 30 since Christmas 2018 and it is still performing well. After about 10.5 months, my Eufy Robovac 30 began turning itself on and cleaning at random, making a really loud grinding sound when cleaning rugs and maneuvering over transition pieces, and it seemed to get confused and clean in circles or keep going over the same area again and again. I cleaned my Robovac 30 thoroughly, replaced the side brushes and cleaning brush, and cleaned the sensors but it continued to be much less effective and noisy. After trying different things for about 3 weeks, I called Eufy customer service, and talked to a representative who was extremely polite and helpful. She asked me a few questions and had me try a couple of things. She then stated that it should not be acting that way and I was sent a replacement in a few days. She did ask me to write a review discussing my experience. I have waited several weeks before reviewing my replacement Robovac 30 since I wanted to see how the new machine works. Something I noticed with both Robovac 30s, they seem to clean better and transitions more easily through the house after 2-3 weeks of use. They both seemed to stay in one area and not move easily from once type of flooring to another at the beginning. After several weeks, I am very pleased with my replacement Robovac 30. Features and Comments: -Running time – On hardwood floors with different size area rugs, my Robovac 30 will clean for between 90 – 105 minutes when fully charged. Running time is less on carpeted areas. For reference, I section off my house into small areas since I like to clean each area thoroughly. It takes 2 full charges to clean my entire house. -Thoroughness of cleaning – I can’t believe how thoroughly this vacuum cleans. It is truly amazing. I used to vacuum my floors with a canister vacuum and then Swiffer with dry cloths before mopping. Now I just run the Robovac 30 while doing something else and then mop. Amazing! I also love that it will clean under most of my furniture, especially under the beds. -Finding its way back to the docking station – I only use my vacuum when I am at home due to the fact that I still have some area rugs with fringe and long drapes that puddle on the floor in some areas. Also, my elderly mother lives with us and I am afraid that she might trip over the vacuum if I am not there to supervise. Therefore, I use the boundary strips to block off certain areas so that I know where the vacuum is at all times. If the Robovac 30 is able to get to the docking station when its battery starts running low, it does an amazing job of docking; however, I typically just pick it up and return it once I hear it slowing down. -Remote and scheduling cleanings– I don’t often use the remote and never schedule it to clean for the reasons mentioned above. The few times I have used the remote, I have been mostly pleased. It works wonderfully for spot and edge cleaning. I will occasionally use the manual cleaning to direct the Robovac 30 to a certain area but for me it is faster to pick it up and move it rather than using the remote. I have never scheduled a cleaning so I can’t comment on that feature. -Boundary strips – I love the boundary strips since we have a very open floor plan and they easily allow me to block off certain areas and confine the Robovac 30. Due to convenience, my floor plan, different floor textures, some rooms getting more use than others, and my mother’s safety, I section off my house into segments of about 300 sq. ft. to clean at a time. This way I can target the rooms that get used the most and are therefore need extra cleaning, keep the Robovac 30 out of rooms that have clutter or things that need to be removed, and know where it is at all times. I also feel that the rooms are more thoroughly cleaned. If not confined, the Robovac 30 will randomly move throughout the house and some areas may not get cleaned before the battery dies. I have cut and taped sections of the boundary strips to yard sticks and use these to block off areas. The Robovac 30 won’t run over the magnetic strips but it can push the yard stick across the floor, so it is necessary to either place the yard stick in a doorway so that the door frame prevents the yard stick from being pushed through the door or place something heavy either on or behind the yard stick so it can’t be moved. It is then easy to store the yard sticks standing up in a closet and have them ready to lay down each time they are needed. -Babysitting – Since I remove items that the Robovac 30 can get tangled in, I rarely have to rescue it. -Cleaning the Robovac 30/maintenance – Cleaning is easy but it is necessary to do so on the recommended schedule. After cleaning each area that I have sectioned off in my house, I empty the dust bin. This may not be necessary but cleaning effectiveness will be decreased if the bin is allowed to get too full and it is amazing how fast it can fill up. I don’t consider this a flaw in the Robovac 30, but a fact applying to all robot vacuums. I did originally have difficulty removing the roller ball to clean it. To easily remove the roller ball, use a small pair of needle-nosed pliers. Gently squeeze the pliers on the sides of the roller and pull straight up. This does not take a lot of force and works well. -Customer service – Excellent! I was shocked that I received such courteous customer service and a new vacuum when my original Robovac 30’s warranty was due to expire in less than a month. The replacement vacuum came with a 90 day warranty instead of a full year, but that is understandable. -Replacement parts – All replacement parts (side brushes, filters, etc.) are easily purchased from Amazon. Overall, I am very pleased with my Eufy Robovac 30 and would purchase again!

My little OCD cleaner - 2020 One Year UPDATE
One year update: I bought my 2 Eufys Aug. 2019 and use them once a week or every two weeks and have come across some quirks. The most recent quirk is Eufy just stopping in the middle of a room with the blue light still on and no error beeps. Apparently, it stops for no reason. I hit the remote start and it continues its job. Another quirk is stopping and beeping with blinking light for some reason (keep your manual handy) and once was because of the front Pivot wheel not moving because of hair being wound around it. I popped the wheel off, cleaned out the hair, reset Eufy by pushing the reset button on the bottom and it then worked fine. Another quirk was getting to the stairs and for some reason couldn't turn around and started beeping. That time I just wiped the three sensors on the bottom and reset it and it was fine after that. One day, it just continually stopped for no reason that I could find. It just stops, no beeping and still fully charged. I just kept resetting it with the bottom reset button until it finally finished the room. That happened about 10 times that day. Over the winter, I had a stray cat decide she wanted to live with me, so now I have a cat with long hair and she sheds a lot. Eufy doesn't pick up large tufts of her hair from my rugs, so I use a hair mit on the worst spots on my rugs and then Eufy does a fine job on the rugs. Another tip, try using your magnet strips to divide up larger rooms. I ended up having to do that in my living room because otherwise it took forever for Eufy to hit every area. Now I divide it in half. When one half looks complete, I pick up Eufy and put it in the other half. That works well! Also, your magnet strips can be stuck to the side of your refrigerator for storage! I find that very handy. :) You really do need to clean Eufy between charges. I have my system broken down into Living room and kitchen. Clean and charge (about 4.5 hours), then the hallway, bathroom, bedroom. Clean it and charge. Then lastly, my office/sewing room. Clean it and charge. It takes only 5- 10 minutes to clean it between uses. I'm still thrilled I have these Eufys and have decided I will never be without a Robo Vac - ever. And hopefully Eufy will still be around when I need a replacement. I bought these partly because of the Anker name. I've bought other Anker products for years and they're always made well. End of update. I bought two of these yesterday with the Deal of the day and received them today. They both took about 3 hours to fully charge and then it was off to the races. One went downstairs and the other one upstairs. I left the Eufy downstairs in the basement to do its thing on low pile carpet and tile and went down to check on it periodically. Twice I found it stuck in strange places. One was on top of a small table base and the other was lodged next to my furnace. I'll just have to block those two areas next time. The one upstairs was in my kitchen for a good 45 minutes to an hour! OCD I'd say, but my kitchen is nice and clean. :) Rugs included. These do an excellent job with edge cleaning. The one in the kitchen miraculously followed the curves in the pedestal base on the table. Pretty cool. It also traveled over all my wood floor vent covers which is pretty impressive because they're pretty thick! It also fits under most of my furniture. I sent a Roomba back years ago because it wouldn't fit under my sofa, loveseat and tables. That made it useless for me. These fit under everything except a lowboy chest and 3 smaller tables in my living room...Swiffer will take care of those. The drop sensors worked perfectly at the stairs. It turned around instead of going down. The upstairs Eufy finished my kitchen, living room, entryway and was in the bathroom when the red light came on and is now charging. Both Eufys ran for the 100 minutes as stated in the manual. I emptied the upstairs bin twice, but only because I had stopped the Eufy to get it out of the kitchen and before I sent it to charge. The bin wasn't full either time, but had plenty of dirt and fuzz in it, so I'm happy with that! I decided I'm not programming a schedule because I don't need my house cleaned daily. It's just me here and no pets anymore, so I will manually turn them on once or twice a week. I did pick EVERYTHING up off my floors for this first cleaning, but that's just not ever going to happen again. It was a PIA and I could have vacuumed my entire house in the time it took to clear the floors. I'll leave the cords zip tied, but everything else is staying put next time. All that work defeats the purpose of having these. I am THRILLED TO DEATH with these though. Vacuuming is one of my least favorite chores. These will definitely be used weekly and I look forward to watching them work instead of me! Also, these are sooooo quiet. You can't even hear where they are in the same room as you if they're cleaning underneath something. I'm so glad I bought them and at an excellent price. The exorbitantly expensive robo vacs are just not feasible for me. Maybe if they had a 20 year life span, they would be, but they don't. I'm also not into controlling everything through a stupid app or WiFi. Don't need those and don't want those. I don't need NHS knowing when I'm vacuuming my house. These were worth every cent, IMO Great little vacs!

Very handy and helpful
An Update as I have had it for almost a year now. Still love this machine. With the regular reminders for scheduled maintenance, it's still performing like the first day. There are mapping "shifts" that seemed to come up recently but I just had to re jig the map. I can really appreciate this machine. It is very intuitive and makes the weekend work load that much more attainable and complete. I have two floors, a little over 1000 squ ft per floor and I was finding my weekends consumed with "catch up" cleaning. The addition of this machine is as beneficial as the dishwasher or washing machine and dryer. It is doing most of the work so you don't have to. I just need to do the daily wipe down of the surfaces and this machine will take care of the floors. I try and use it daily, that's the true benefit of this machine. With daily use I have found the dirty water is getting cleaner and cleaner. I can spend more time on the hard to reach areas and focus on other tasks. I enjoy the fact that I can plan my cleaning as well. The machine mapped my home rather quickly (and on it's own), I was happy about that. It seems to be getting better and better at getting around the house. I have managed to figure out how to separate rooms, insert no go zones, and tailor the cleaning to a room by room need. As a first time buyer of one of these home maintenance machines, I must say I am very impressed. Is it as good as what I would do? No. But it is much better at keeping the daily mess at bay so I can focus on other things. I would recommend this product as I have read the reviews, looked other models up on line for three months prior to finally making this purchase. I took the feed back to heart in this product profile and am happy to report that the other reviews are accurate. Consider some of the negative feed back as an opportunity to understand. Reading about the other options out there from the cheaper to the more expensive, I found this one to be quite good overall. The app is great for telling me how to maintain the machine parts, I am a firm believer in preventative maintenance of your home assisting cleaning supplies. The better care they receive the better cleaning ability they can produce.

Great Product!
Writing this at 3 monts after purchase. Love sitting back and watching my floors get vacuumed and mopped. I've had other robot vacuums brands for 12 years and this unit is the best by far. It offers amazing features at a reasonable price. The app works great. Only comment is that we have loose rugs and 1 in every 10 cleaning sessions the one mop will fall off when it tries to get onto a rug, but this does not happen often.

Ampliamente recomendada
Es todo lo que anuncian y menciona, tengo un perro que tira mucho pelo y con esta aspiradora me he olvidado de limpiar a cada rato, completamente recomendada.
