My tork 1109a was installed by an electrician in september, 2019. the clock disc fell off today. can you send another?

Bought mine in 2019 - clock disc stripped out also last year.

Will control 220V spa?

No! Spa’s are 50 amps. This time clock only goes to 40 amps

How do you mount a Tork 1109 timer to a wall?

Its not designed to be installed in a wall. The cover won't open. You could cut a hole in the wall next to a support and mount it that way . Use a finish cover to conceal it.

Is this time a single pole single throw or is it is 2 pole single throw?

Single pole, single throw I believe. There are much better options than this unit.
