First of all, this product ships from the US so it took forever to arrive. If you’re someone who uses their remarkable on a daily basis you should definitely look into another solution. Secondly, once the piece finally arrived, I followed the instructions as per the images and cut the broken tip of my marker plus. Worst idea ever. That marker is just too delicate for that. Of course something broke internally and now the marker is broken and simply doesn’t write at all. My issue at the beginning was that it writes without touching the screen. NOW IT DOESNT WORK AT ALL. Coming back to this ridiculous piece, I installed it as per instructions again and it fits too loose and doesn’t hold the marker nibs properly. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt I must write this time so no one buys it. I now have to replace my whole marker and its really expensive. Very unfortunate experience.
