Beautiful, colorful, and flavorful
I found ShredHappens on Instagram when Arash had a modest 10,000 followers and I've made about half of the recipes shared on IG. They have never disappointed and put healthy eating within reach - without compromising flavor. Naturally, I had to pre-order this book as soon as Arash (finally!!) announced that he was working on one. The wait was so, so long, but so worth it! The images are drool-worthy, the recipes - as always - are inspiring, and the layout is practical. It would have been nice to include nutrition facts, but being that we have apps for that it's not worth a reduction in stars. To the commenters that they did not have the ingredients on hand... try your local Middle Eastern market or well-stocked neighborhood store, even Amazon if you must. Your taste buds will thank you! To those concerned about not having certain spices, the ingredients in the book are 100% consistent with the hundreds of recipes shared on IG, no surprises. Check the recipes out on IG before ordering the book.Great job overall! So very happy to have stumbled across ShredHappens on IG! Thank you for giving those of us struggling with our weight hope without having to compromise on flavor!

A gem!
Okay, people.....I just received this cookbook which I preordered, to add to my abundance collection of cookbooks and this one stands out!!! I've been following this author for this past year on YouTube and I LOVE ALL his recipes that I have tried. His food is so healthy (number one ) while being so packed with flavor and delicious! Isn't that what it is all about? Arash uses simple spices so well and now we can too! The book itself is filled with gorgeous photos to accompany most recipes which is inspiring, and the recipes are so clearly written and easy to follow. Thank you, Arash for all you have so generously taught us through YouTube and now THIS GEM!!! I'm excited! See you later, gotta get cookin'!

100’s of delicious, fresh, whole food recipes that won’t disappoint you.
I have been eagerly awaiting his cookbook release! There are a surprising number of recipes and all have easy-to-follow directions. Well worth the price if you are on the fence about buying it. It is focused on “Mediterranean Diet” recipes, but easy to substitute/omit any spices or herbs you don’t like. You can see him on social media, and that is why I decided to buy his cookbook. He uses many herbs and spices for deepening flavors, and most ingredients are whole and healthy. While some of the ingredient lists look long, you’ll find that it is because of the different spices and herbs, and NOT because of expensive, rarely-used items. Pistachios, tamarind paste, sumac are the only “exotic” type ingredients that maybe you wouldn’t keep in your pantry, but easily remedied. He has allulose for a few recipes, but you can sub that for something else, if you care to. The ONLY negative I can say about this book is that he left out the nutritional analysis on every recipe. You will have to use an online calculator to determine the values of nutrients for each recipe. I wish he had done that for us, to save time, but it is what it is. This is still an awesome collection of delicious, healthy meals, and still worth the price. Check him out on Social first if you need reassurance about his recipes! Great stuff!

Beautiful, well put together, great recipes!
One of the best cookbooks that I own! I've been following ShredHappens for awhile now and when it was announced that Arash was putting out a cookbook I had to preorder it. I knew it would be a winner... watching him prep the dishes makes your mouth water. His recipes are healthy, simple to follow with easy ingredients and SO delicious. The cookbook itself is well laid out, lots of great photos... great quality. And Arash himself is truly an inspiration as well, with his journey through weight loss, dedicated to living a healthy life and sharing his recipes and products that can help others to achieve their health goals too. Thanks Arash. It's an outstanding cookbook.

Beautifully done; inspirational ; delicious recipes ♥️
I got my book last night and cooked up a power chicken bowl . My family loved it . It was delicious and “ so easy , so good!”. I was expecting a decent cookbook but I got so much more . I got to be a part of Arash’s story . He shares beautiful family pictures , and his journey to where he is today is so inspirational . I’m also deeply thankful that although soups are not part of this cookbook , it is thanks to Arash’s super high protein soup recipes that he shares on line I am able to feed my mother with Alzheimer’s high quality and delicious foods. Thank you from the bottom of my heart .

Not like his videos online - didn't have what I was looking for
As many others have said, there is no nutritional information for each recipe, which might matter for your macros or blood sugar. These recipes might be tasty, but I bought it thinking I was going to get the recipes he has on Facebook and TikTok. There might be one or two. The ingredients aren't easily procured in my area, either. Lots of lamb recipes, which isn't a protein we'd normally eat or find easily either. Just not as relatable as the short videos I saw online that made me interested in his cookbook. There aren't enough appealing recipes to justify keeping this, so I'm returning it.Also, a lot of recipes call for his brand of starches (pasta, rice), so this is cross-selling with his own food company. Just an FYI.

Book Review: So Easy, So Good
So Easy, So Good is more than just a cookbook, it’s a life manual disguised as delicious, clean recipes. Arash has created something that speaks to the mind, body, and soul with a rare kind of clarity and integrity. I’ve been one of this book’s biggest champions because it truly lives up to its name and offers so much more beneath the surface. At its core, this book reflects Arash’s commitment to the Kaizen way, continuous, incremental self-improvement. That principle isn’t just a passing idea in these pages; it’s the heartbeat of the entire book. With every recipe, every short insight, every nudge toward better habits, Arash reminds us that we don’t have to overhaul our lives overnight. We just have to keep moving forward, one nourishing choice at a time. Each dish is so easy to make, stripping away the intimidation factor often tied to healthy eating. But they’re also so good... good for your body, yes, but also good for your spirit. There’s a deep joy in preparing food from this book, because you can feel the love and intentionality behind it.What I appreciate most is how So Easy, So Good meets you exactly where you are. Arash doesn’t preach perfection; he encourages progress. His grounded, no-BS tone makes you feel like you’ve got a trusted friend in the kitchen, someone who’s been on the journey and genuinely wants you to thrive. This book isn’t about diet culture or temporary change. It’s about building a lifestyle rooted in real food, real self-respect, and sustainable practices. It’s for anyone who wants to feel amazing in their body while living with purpose and presence. If you’re looking for a way to reconnect with your health, fuel your growth, and embrace the Kaizen path, So Easy, So Good is your blueprint. I’m proud to stand behind it and even prouder to live by it.

Finally came
It said the item was delivered yet it didn’t come. After contacting Amazon it came a few days later. Maybe it was at the post office or lost somewhere. I don’t know. Glad it came. Tried one recipe as of yet, and the food turned out amazing!

A must have for easy, healthy and delicious recipes
I’ve been following Arash’s shred happens instagram page for over a year and instantly fell in love with the delicious, yet healthy, recipes he would share. His story is so inspirational for many, including me. What pulled me most towards his recipes is the fact that they really are just so simple and easy but always packed with flavour. His simple fried chicken and egg salads are my go to when I want a quick meal, and the fried chicken is also a family favorite. I’m so glad that now I have a compilation of all the recipes and cannot wait to cook more delicious food. Thank you, Arash for continuing to inspire us all and for sharing your recipes! :)
