This definitely works, mainly because it tastes absolutely horrible which stops you straight away! It’s an instant reaction as soon as you bite your nails, so it really does what it’s supposed to. It lasts a decent amount of time as well, I usually just reapply once a day and that’s enough, it doesn’t wear off too quickly which is good. It’s easy to apply as well, basically like putting on clear nail polish, nothing complicated. Overall really simple product but effective, if you’re trying to stop biting your nails this actually helps!

I had this once before and it worked well, I lost the old bottle so ordered another one. This one I swear has different packaging and is far less potent than the previous bottle I had. It wears off within an hour or two and forget about washing your hands. Its strange because the one I had before you almost couldn't get it off your fingers. Not sure if I got an old bottle of a previous formula or a new formula but either way I wish it was like the first bottle I had.
