I have used electric pads all my life. This is the very best one I have ever owned. First is its size. It is 27 inches by 18 inches which goes from my brain stem to my upper glutes when I lie on it. It is smart with temperature controls and timing controls. I recommend this heating pad as a phenomenal purchase.

I truly enjoy ability to set heat levels as hot or cool as I need in the moment as well as the timer options! I used it nightly on my back with good relaxation of the muscles. The only reason I give a 4 star is that after 2 months it suddenly stopped working altogether. However, I took the time to look into whether there was a warrantee and emailed the company. They agreed with my assessment that it was malfunctioning and sent me a brand new one! Exceptional customer service!!

This is the best heating pad I've ever had. It's a good size, its soft, and it gets nice and hot. I was super bummed when mine went out, but customer service was wonderful and had a replacement shipped out to me right away! No issues since.
