Q: Why does this latest package taste like cleaning chemicals

Mine didn't taste like that! However, mine didn't taste very good. I guess the best way to describe it is "weak". A&W has a better taste.

Q: Is this 12 boxes that each contain 6 packets for a total of 72 packets?

I purchased the Dad's Root Beer packets. However, it was 12 boxes of 6 each for a total of 72. I would assume the Cream Soda is the same. Enjoy !!
