I’ve been reading a lot about starting your day with electrolytes and the benefits. Mixes easily in warm water. A little salty but speibkled a little dye free flavor and was great!

It’s small bottle but you don’t need much- the taste is not the best but I add honey to mine to hide it. I can’t say I’ve noticed a difference yet but I just started it so I have to give it time to work. Here’s to healthier living

This does not taste unbearable not a tasty milk shake but not so bad I can consume daily. It dissolves in warm water or tea coffee etc I think water is best in my opinion. I have noticed increased energy after drinking in the morning. I think the spoon with brand logo is adorable.
