Love it - super bright, easy to use
I love it. I'm not a huge flashlight collector or anything, just needed something to carry at work / around the garage. After some research I settled on this and it's great so far. Pros: Comfortably pocketable while having good brightness. The turbo mode is SUPER bright, it will light up a room, though it is short lived. I like the overall aesthetic and matte aluminum body. Some reviews complained about the buttons, but I find them super easy and intuitive to use. Flat shape will not roll away from you. The screen shows you estimated run time, battery status, and lumens, and you can check these without the light being on as well. Cons: it does stick out a tiny bit above your pocket when clipped in (you can use the lockout mode so you don't accidentally turn it on by bumping it). Also, the lowest brightness setting is not quite as low as some others, like the Arkfeld Pro which I was also considering. If you're in a low/no light setting and need to look at something, it's nice to have ultra low illumination so your eyes aren't having to readjust

This thing is GREAT
This is my go to light. Used daily on traffic stops, searches or anything else. I keep it in my baton pocket on my left side. It’s flat and goes unnoticed until I need it. It’s bright enough to search or blind people and last long enough to do the job. I recharge it maybe 2 times a week and typically use it on the brightest setting. Even when it does get low on battery it simply isn’t as bright and I can’t charge it in my car within a few minutes aka a lunch break. It gets hot due to its size but has never hurt me or damaged anything. Overall it’s the handiest most trusted light I own

Looks and Seems great, maybe not so much
I really liked how thin this light was when I was looking for a replacement for my EDC. I ended up ordering it and the first few weeks it worked great. Nice and bright, slim fit in my pocket. After about a month the power button stopped functioning correctly. Sometimes I could get the light to unlock, sometimes not. Now I cannot get the light to unlock. The turbo/strobe feature works but that's it. It's annoying because I almost want to try my luck with another one of their lights but I'm not about to throw another $100 down the drain.

Great flashlight, poor button design
I've had this flashlight for just about a year now and overall the experience has been great. The battery life is good and having fine grain control over the lumens is nice. It is quite a chunky edc but I knew that going in so not a problem for me. I really wish I could give this a 5 star review but earlier this week the main button became completely non functional. I've had to disassemble the flashlight three times over the last year, specifically to clean out the button as pocket lint, dirt, etc easily gets trapped in it. Sadly this time, functionality was not restored by cleaning. It is a multi stage button and the first stage doesn't register meaning I couldn't cycle through the modes anymore. I was able to source a replacement and I've soldered it on so the light is fully functional again but most people aren't going through that effort. For the price I'd have liked to see more durability out of it.

Almost perfect flashlight…
This is an excellent EDC flashlight. It’s extremely bright maybe a little overkill on the brightness at highest setting. Only downside to this flashlight is the controls are a bit finicky with the half press/full press but once you get used to how it works it’s pretty easy to get used to it. I really like the status screen as you can see all the necessary information you need such as battery level, time remaining at a specific brightness and what brightness level you are at—even before you power it on. Very well made and very well packaged. Keeps charged for very long time and quick recharge.

Pricey but works well
Just received this light but so far so good. There are a lot of comments about the switches being too complicated. I find the on/off and mode buttons well done, it takes a little practice but works great once you know how to use them. Battery life is ok as long as you aren’t on the turbo mode too much. One of the down sides of the turbo mode is it generates a significant amount of heat and the end of the light gets hot enough to make touching it uncomfortable if not burn you. You just have to be aware of this. The clip is lacking in that is not really designed for a ball cap attachment and generally serves as a pocket clip like that on a knife. But I have found that if I attach the light to the side of the ball cap visor and use the lanyard to secure the light in case it falls, I have no problem. In fact I fine this method very acceptable. I have no comment on longevity as it is still relatively new to me. The down side is if the battery fails, it is not replaceable like competing lights. Time will tell. It seems well made however if you drop this on a hard surface it probably will be damaged. Just be aware of this. We all know what dropping our cell phone will do.

Don’t get it wet.
Had this light right at a year. It’s bright, fits comfortably in my pocket and is easily brought out and put back. The battery life is decent on low settings but drains fast on high. It gets very hot faster than my Surefire lights. But, the reason I wouldn’t buy another one is the poor sealing. This one bit the dust after getting good and wet. Within seconds it began shorting and flashing on and off and acting crazy. Any of my Surefire, straight, even olight lights can handle being wet, or even submerged, but it was this lights Achilles heel. The display is easy to read but at times the switching brightness levels isn’t intuitive and takes practice to get used to. The worst feature, besides its inability to be wet, is the lock. It’s easy to activate the digital lock accidentally and then it takes a few seconds to get it unlocked. When something is happening and you need light RIGHT. NOW. The lock is…frustrating.

Very Powerful and excellent quality
The high power mode is very bright and the sensor prevents burning you when it’s accidentally turn on in your pocket. The build quality is very nice feeling the metal build looks great. The little display is beyond helpful. The ability to select the setting before turning it on is super nice. It tells you how much time you have left on each setting. And the time on high power mode prevents you from burning your self from how much power it outputs. The lockout mode can be difficult to get undone if you are not expecting it but other that is an excellent product would highly recommend. Looking for compact bright flashlight this is the one for you.

Powerful, slim, and I take it everywhere now!
With the recent incidents in my city and the fact I sometimes finish very late at work, I wanted a practical way to feel safer walking home. This Nitecore EDC27 UHi (3100 lumens) has been a fantastic purchase — it’s truly bright and surprisingly slim for how much power it puts out. I carry it with me to work and when I walk home at night. A police officer once mentioned they use very strong lights to deter attackers, and after trying this one out (my husband even tested it for me!), I can see why — the beam is intense and reaches far, which makes me feel a lot more confident on dark streets. The USB-C recharge is really convenient, so I don’t have to fuss with special cables, and the build feels solid — not bulky, so it fits in my bag or pocket without getting in the way. I also keep it at home given the recent break-ins in our area; it’s quick to grab and use if I need extra visibility. If you want something compact that actually performs like a full-size flashlight, this is it. Practical, powerful, and gives me peace of mind.
