Hello, does it "foam" or is it "flat" ?

Yes, it does foam and does not contain SLS. It also has a great minty taste.

What are the full ingredients?

The tube only lists Sodium monofluorophosphate 0.76%. I would go to Periosciences website for a full list of ingredients.

what are the ingredients of the "Natural" version?

AO ProToothpaste Natural with naturally sourced ingredients - AQUA (WATER), GLYCERIN, HYDRATED SILICA, SORBITOL, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, SODIUM METHYL COCOYL TAURATE, PROPANEDIOL, XYLITOL, PVP, HYDROXYAPATITE, COCAMIDOPROPYL BETAINE, FERULIC ACID, PHLORETIN, EPIGALLOCATECHIN GALLATE, CHAMOMILLA RECUTITA (MATRICARIA) FLOWER EXTRACT, MENTHOL, MENTHA PIPERITA (PEPPERMINT) OIL, SODIUM OLIVOYL GLUTAMATE, SODIUM CITRATE, HIPPOPHAE RHAMNOIDES (SEA BUCKTHORN) PULP OIL, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN, CELLULOSE GUM, POTASSIUM SORBATE, ETHYL LAUROYL ARGINATE HCL, PHENOXYETHANOL, CAPRYLYL GLYCOL

Do i have to beg for ingredients list?

They are rather strange about that. They make it tough to see the full ingredient list on Amazon despite many people asking, as though they're trying to hide something. I don't know why; the ingredients are some of the best in any toothpaste.
