I have been sleeping with this pillow for the last couple months. I am currently 6 months pregnant and could not live with out this pillow. There are a few down sides to this pillow though. When I first tried to use it, the pillow are for my head was VERY lumpy. No real support and was uncomfortable. I use a memory foam pillow normally. I was able to cut a small hold in the inside pillow and push most of the "head pillow" area down towards the leg area. I then stuffed my pillow in the pillow case and zipped it up. I now have my own pillow and the back support and knee support I needed. I did try to use it upside down with the head part at my feet, but that was not comfortable.The leg parts do get a little flat after use every night, so I just shake it around and fluff it up. That does help and keep it nice and full. It is a small pillow as well. I am 5'5" and it fits me fine, but if I was any larger it would not work. It is pretty short for anyone taller.I love my memory foam, so I am happy I was able to use it together after some small adjustments.

I was worried at first from the reviews saying it was flat and did not work but honestly I don't see what people are talking about. Yes it's not overstuffed and has a lot of give to it but if it was overstuffed it wouldn't form well as it does. The color is as shown and fabric is better then I thought it would be. I also was reading from review's it's not as long as it's shown in the picture keep in mind she is in a fetal sleep pose with it wrapped in between her legs I'm 5'7 and it works as shown if you're not wrapped in it laying straight and it wrapped around you it will be short of course. If you're wanting a stiffer pillow this is not for YOU this is soft and form fitting it has give to it. With my pregnancy I'm 17 week's along with my 3rd my back has been in pure pain it helps my back so darn MUCH and supports my growning baby. I would give it 5 star's BUT I have just got it not long ago and want to see how it holds up to me and my 3 year old son and 4 year old daughter.

This item is a lifesaver for me. I originally bought it for when I had a back surgery after an accident where I could not move around and had to elevate my legs slightly. This worked out so well...the perfect amount of fill...I could see adding anymore fill.it would be cumbersome and too heavy. I like pillows not over filled because they make my neck ache if they are too plump...this item served its purpose and then I stored it awayRecently I have been having wicked pain upon lying down...and my nerve damage flaired on my arms and legs ...again I could not roll on my sides during sleep or I would pay for it the next few days there was no pain killer or even my usual hot epsom salt baths that could relieve the pain....I took this pillow out and after a few days everything started to subside..I stopped flipping back and forth during the night..and finally got some peaceful sleep...maybe some people like more fill..I think it is a personal preference..I cannot see this being any more filled and still be easy to use and handle for me....I love it...I came back here for the link to give to a friend...and I was surprised to see so many negative reviews...but to each their own preferences

It is comfortable to cuddle with this pillow. I start to sleep on my side like the girl in the picture, but when I wake up in the morning, I always find myself lying on my back in the center of the pillow so I probably don't use the pillow a lot in my sleep. One side of the pillow often falls off the bed. Also the pillow feels cold when I go to bed. Perhaps because my home is cold, but the blanket feels much warmer. My husband jokes that the pillow looks like a giant poop.Anyway, I think it will be more useful when I am more pregnant and have a king-size bed and when the weather gets warmer. I still like it since it is soft, light and a good size for a short woman.

Pillow is good but not great. I wish I invested a little more and got a bigger more plush pillow. For the price though, it does the job. I am 35 weeks pregnant and having a hard time sleeping since the beginning. I ordered this at 18 weeks. At first it was perfect, but as my belly grew the pillow did not do enough to support my belly. I still sleep with it but also with a pillow under my belly and behind my back I'm between my body and this maternity pillow. I will probably not save it for my next pregnancy and get a bigger/better one next time.

Absolutely Terrible!! No where near like what was pictured. The pillow in the advertised picture is all fluffy. Keeps her knees from touching each other. Tilts her head up because it it so plush. When I received it, I couldn't believe my eyes!! My first thought was questioning if what was in front of me what I ordered. I didn't order it because I was pregnant. I ordered it to keep my legs separated and elevated after having multiple ankle surgeries with one recently and because of my CRPS. Doesn't help. I have to criss cross the sides (legs) to keep thighs separated, use to pillows from my couch at my shins and feet to keep them elevated and use 2 pillows on top of the head area because no support. My head would be tilted down towards the bed (the opposite way the lady is pictured) if I only used this. Upon further inspection you can tell the advertised picture of the pillow is doctored. There are black lines around the pillow and around the girl. Mean she is not actually laying on the pillow and it is photo shopped. Look at my picture and you will see the differences. Save your money!!

This is the second pillow I have purchased during this pregnancy and it one is perfect! It hugs me in bed on both sides and is easy to move from laying on one side of my body to the other with. It is full body length and then some! My husband and I have a queen bed but this pillow does not encroached onto his side which makes him happy too. It is a tad bit low of stuffing for me personally in the head area but perfect everywhere else! I find that if I take a regular pillow and place it over where I want my head to be on this pillow it is the perfect firmness. I haven't slept this well my entire pregnancy.

Well I bought this for my pregnant wife and she loves it! It does take up quite a bit of space but it's well worth it cause she has been getting great sleeps! It is exactly like the picture even though when you get it, somehow it fits into a small box. I don't know how this can get a bad review, it's a huge cozy pillow!!!! Who doesn't want that! Also another bonus, my wife is sleeping so well in her little pillow sanctuary that she doesn't bother pushing me off the bed now!!! Bottom line, if you are considering buying this pillow, Buy it! You won't be disappointed!

Love this pillow! I never had problems sleeping but having this pillow has made it more comfortable and enjoyable. Even my husband wants ones (and my dog loves it too)! I can see the size can be an issue for some as it is quite a big pillow and if you have anything smaller than a queen size bed it may be a tight squeeze with you, pillow and partner. Perfect thickness and firmness for me, I was expecting thinner quality. Bonus is the removable cover that can be machine washed. Highly recommend!

Not especially attractive, but it certainly does its job in supporting my husband's back and knees while he sleeps. He is now waking up without pain and stiffness in his knees. Now I just have to find a nice looking cover for it so it's not such an eye sore :)

It worked really well for me . But pillow size is really high for me . I have started using it other way around as my feet hurts a lot. Works both ways.

Happy with my purchase, used since my 13th week of pregnancy, now I'm in the 33rd and couldn't imagine sleeping without it. Still get back and hip pain of course from my matress and weight, but it would be worse without it. Only critism would be the head part, it could have more filling there in my opinion.It's pretty big, I'm 5.1 and it reaches the end of my calfs, takes about half of the double bed.
