Is this water resistant?

MAGGIE, we felt our product was fake. Terrible consistency and overall it was gross.

I am also looking for the ORIGINAL Light Medium Honey, that had no qualifying number like this one's "27S". I went to my Ulta with my old ORIGINAL Light Medium Honey, and it is no longer made but there are now new colors and they all have numbers followed by a letter, i.e. "27S". I tried on these new colors for a long time and none of them is a match to the old Light Medium Honey! Booooo!
