Black paint does chip off but works perfectly fine
Perfect! The different water pressure is really good and the filter definitely helped keep my skin clear in the dorms!

Great once water restrictor is drilled out
Great shower head, had to drill out the water restrictor but worked great after that.

Replacement filter is "currently unavailable". No information on when it might be available again
I purchased this shower head in October 2024. I've been happy with it. However, the replacement filter is shown as "currently unavailable". What is shown on the current product to bundle a replacement filter, is not the filter that fits this shower head. Just beware....a replacement filter may not be available when you want to replace it. Otherwise I was happy with it. that is why I gave it only a 3 star

No support
The support for the shower head can't hold it up in position. It's too heavy. It falls down after a few minutes.

Worth it
Why is this a frequently returned item? I must admit, I thought this would be just another cheap knock off product as I took it out of the box. I was surprised at just how much I liked it. I really like the power wash feature. For the price, this is a good value. I didn’t want to spend a lot so I chose this. Glad I did.
