Oh my. What a fantastic bit of kit.I bought my sister the same thing but with a smaller battery and then found this big battery one and bought it for me.Essential camping equipment and even handy around the house.I often find myself browsing youtube whilst my partner catches up with tv programmes I don't care for and sitting in my man chair, watching stuff on my phone or tablet, the batteries drain away quickly and there is no power outlet within reach. So I plug my phone or tablet into this baby and charge up in no time.I have read some reviews that say they couldn't get it to light up.You need to press the on button twice fast to switch it on and twice to switch it off.It has different brightness settings that are selected by a single press once on, and these range from dim to very very bright.It also has a strobe flashing mode but I fail to see why you would need this unless you are wanting to bring on a headache.It can charge my smartphone at least 4 times on its own single charge.Great hook to hang it up in a tent. Or hang it on your belt whilst charging other stuff from it.I love it.

Bought this rechargeable lamp a couple of months ago as an emergency light for power outages . I'm really pleased with it so far as it delivers brilliant light for its small size. Haven't had to use the power bank feature on it yet, but will update my review when I've used it to recharge my smartphone. To date, it certainly seems to retain its charge well for the lamp operation. So, yes - I would definitely purchase another one & recommend anyone else to buy one. It comes with a small usb lead in just a box. It's packaging is not very convenient for storage and for quick retrieval when the lamp is needed, so I've ordered a waterproof padded protective camera lens pouch to keep it in. This should prove handy for storing it safely & (hopefully) prevent its usb charging lead from getting lost.

Initially brought this for camping as a second lamp, although I still prefer my gas as a primary lamp due to the warmer light and heat it gives off. That said, this also charges the phone and provides useful second light in our tent.However, it now resides in our under stairs cupboard where it is a brilliant little light, there is no light fitting and this hangs on a hook and offers a great alternative. Not had to charge it since returning from camping 2 months ago and use it a couple of times a week.

Great product. Great value for money. Small and lightweight enough for backpacking. Could recharge with solar panel. The light from this small product is quite amazing. I car camp and when with friends, like to sit around chatting into the night. Having light makes for a good time. I usually hang at least two lanterns on poles but with a couple more you can create an arena of light.

Only used on one (4 day) camping trip so far, but worked very well, the variable light settings are useful, and it comfortably charged phones and iPad too. Quite small (and suitably heavy) so easy to handle without compromising the light

Superb piece of kit! I can't believe how long the light lasts on what seems a rather light unit. The diffuse lighting is perfect for in the tent and around the camp generally.The little plastic and metal caribeener clip is a little fidgety for my fat fingers so I took the metal part off and the remaining plastic hook works just fine on its own.I'm thinking of buying another one as spare since it's so light and compact.

This lasts two full charges of my OnePlus 3, or 5 evenings camping. Sturdy unit, compact with bright light. Highly recommended

A great bit of kit. Light is nicely diffused and comes in two brightness - plus a strobe option.The power bank option is neat - with ability to check remaining charge via 4 'lit dots'; the option to use it as a power bank negates the need to carry around another power bank.
