I was really questioning if this could replace my actual Google TV remote. But it paired flawlessly and is working exactly as intended. It's much cheaper option and it works just as good as the other one. If my remote breaks again I'll be buying this instead of paying Google prices

My foster puppy chewed my Chromecast remote, the buttons were wrecked. Took a chance with this and it works perfectly! I see no difference between this and my original Chromecast.

First remote worked at first but then the input/power/volume buttons stopped working and would not sync with my Chromecast. Exchanged for another one hoping it would work and the 2nd wouldn't work at all and was unresponsive to everything even with new batteries. Defective right out of the box.

Connected to Google TV device pretty easily. Can't tell any difference from the remote that came with the device.

Had to order this twice.The first one I had to return because it didn't work at all.The second one works but the on/off button won't turn off my tv like the one I got originally with the Google ChromeCast receiver. It does turn off the Google tho.

Best streaming device! If I could I'd purchase another!

I took it out of the packaging and then put it right back. It feld super cheap and flimsy. You do get what you pay for

This remote is a perfect replacement to the original chromecast remote. All features work exactly like the original. I think the range is less, but not a big deal. Great price too.
