Silicone Mold Making Kit, 22oz 15A Elastic Liquid Silica Gel

Excellent rubber you must not have anything that has (tin) in the product I have tried several brands of rubber and found this one to be Awesome not sticky cures up perfectly rather easy to use I weight out to the gram must be the same weights or you will have a sticky mess just like all mix by weight product all Platinum rubber no zero tin no shoe goo no hot glue not sure what else Krazy glue is ok to use. I have had no trouble at all with this product it is the Best I have used I will be buying more soon. A+++++++++++++++++ Product. If you are trying to use and this product will not cure you are using the wrong type of rubber you can't use the 50/50 mix you need the tin-based rubber, it's like Apples and Hamburgers, completely different. The detail is picked up very well and is the most bubble free stuff I have used tops of molds are shinny smooth zero bubbles and not tacky I wait about a workday when home I TKO molds before leaving I mix them up. I recommend this to all that use Platinum Rubbers. Try it you will not be disappointed.

I love this resin. I have not had a single issue with it; it hardens fully every time and it's easy to pour. I've made some pretty cute crafts so far. There is minimal bubbling that I've been able to fix with a heat gun and sandpaper. Definitely worth the price.

I was skeptical about getting this because it had no reviews. However, my regular brand's price has gone up and the price of this one was pretty good for the size. So despite not having reviews, I got it and I'm happy with it. I've been making molds for about 5 years and this is one of the better brands I've tried. The bubbles clear themselves out and the finished product is great. The only issue I have is that it cures really slowly. Fortunately, most of my molds don't need to be demolded quickly so it's all good.

Works great for making silicone molds, works for resin art. Cures in the time that the kit says, and creates good detailed molds. Very easy to use, mix two parts and pour.

Purchased several times and love it. High quality silicone mold. Picks up tons of detail. The mold come out very rubbery and maintains it original shape perfectly and long as you follow the instructions. I accidentally had my ration off once and one corner of my mold started to degrade and pull apart. That has only happened once but every other time they molds have come out perfectly. Easy to use but quite expensive. I only ever had one mold get stuck to the original frame because I did not treat the raw wood it was touching.

It’s been nearly 8 hours and the items I tried to make molds of are nowhere near cured. In fact the liquid is still sticky and will pull to your finger if you try to test if it’s set. The product is clearly very low quality or doesn’t work at all. I used my bakers scale to make sure that I mixed a perfect 1:1 ratio as instructed. I even used an extremely shallow mold to cast the items in so it would hopefully cure faster. I am now TERRIFIED that the rare items I was trying to make molds of are going to be ruined once I try to release them from this sticky liquid. Do yourself a favor and spend a little extra money to get a better silicone mold making kit because this one deserves NO STARS. The instructions are extremely unclear as well. The temperature suggests 25 degrees but never clearly states if it’s Celsius or Fahrenheit. It’s Fahrenheit by the way. It also suggests to put it in the refrigerator to help when in fact that does absolutely nothing to help.
