I have headaches and migraines from time to time. I had weight loss surgery in 2020 and recently, I was on GLP-1. I end up skipping meals somedays. Or doing a lot of manual labor and then not eating until very late in the evening. I will end up with a headache, which then turns into a migraine. I bought this in hopes of it helping me. I purchased something similar to this for a boss of mine and she said it helped it. I keep this in my fridge on the door. It is very cold. It fits over my head with ease. I don't have a big head so it works great. I don't pull it down over my eyes because it is too cold for my eyes. By the time it warms up, my pain is gone. I have use it a bunch of times. Recently, my husband had a headache and I put this on his head. He has a very big head and it was a struggle. I got it on enough for him to get relief, but I wasn't about to break it trying to get it on his big head. I am very happy with this product. It doesn't take up a lot of space in my fridge. It is soft and doesn't hurt my head. The price was great. I am going to order one for my husband since he travels for work and gets headaches weekly.

It freezes fast and you get immediate relief. I have a slightly larger head for a woman (most hats don't fit) and this was perfect: not too loose, not too snug. It lasts about 10-12 minutes of being really nice and cold, and then another 5 minutes of being chill. I am considering buying another one so its ready to go after the first one gets warm, lol. But definitely helps with tension headaches! I stare at a computer screen 10 hours daily, and wear contact lenses. This cold cap helped a ton!

Great Product comes out super cold and has a great fit. I will say the only CON is the cold doesnt last too long. But not a deal breaker we just put it back in the freezer.

I don’t know why I waited so long to buy this! It cools so much even by just being in the fridge can’t intestine how cold it will be when I try putting it in the freezer. When I put it on straight from the fridge it felt almost like a brain freeze, which is exactly what my migraine needed in that moment. It’s soft and flexible, molds to your head great without being too tight. It mostly stays in place unless you move around a lot.

I’m a chronic migraine sufferer and decided to give this cap a try. I received it yesterday and have worn it twice so far. It’s a well-made, soft cap that fits comfortably - not too tight or too loose, just the right amount of snugness. I left it at room temperature, and surprisingly, it was still cold enough when I put it on. For now, that level of cooling seems to work well for me. I haven’t tried refrigerating it yet, but I plan to do so next time. I took one star off because the cap is somewhat see through. While it does filter out some light, if you’re sitting in a well lit room, light still comes through, especially around the eye area, which somewhat defeats the purpose of the cap. When you’re dealing with a migraine, you really need complete darkness and even tiny amount of light hitting your eyes is frustrating. I wish they would add an extra layer of opaque fabric to the front to block out the light completely. Other than that, I’m happy with the cap and hope it continues to help with my migraines!

I suffer from migraines atleast once a week and when allergies hit they last for days. I am on prescription migraine meds but the throbbing is always so bad. I was skeptical about this cap but it was exactly what I didn’t know I needed!! The filling is like a squishy squishmallow and it never feels wet or unbearably cold like a frozen ice pack does. I leave mine in the feeezwr until I need it. The black one is perfect bc it’s so dark and blocks out light. It’s so comfortable to sleep with too. It has a decent amount of compression so if you’re one that is constantly squeezing your temples or pressing against them to stop the throbbing - this does that for you 😭 it’s the perfect amount of compression without feeling too binding. I don’t even care how silly I might look wearing it, it’s my new favorite thing. If I don’t feel like wearing it over my eyes I just leave it higher and it allows the cold to be pressed against the top of my head which feels great with tension headaches also. No weird smells thank god bc I’m already super nauseas with migraines. 10/10 make the purchase you won’t regret

As a migraine sufferer I constantly have ice packs and eye masks in the freezer. I was excited for the great price on this! It came out of the freezer extremely cold. I actually had wait a few minutes to use it. The only negative I have is that it warms back to room temperature rather quickly. Maybe 15 minutes at most. I will keep this one as a backup for sure. The quality is great. Just doesn’t stay cool as long as I would prefer.

guys dont buy this product, inside the cloth semi-thick gel is there which is sticky. withen 3 4 days gel attached and automatically atta ka gola bangeya. 100% waste product. please dont buy it. waste of money.
