DO NOT BUY!!! STRAPS ARE VERY LOOSE SO GUITAR JUST FALLS OUT
Ive tried to use these straps several times on a fender telecaster and i have nearly dropped the guitar multiple times it coming loose and just falling off the strap holders. If you buy beware it may be a very expensive mistake

Good enough considering the price
This Ernie Ball guitar strap is a good enough quality product for the price paid. The design is obviously very plain, just white, but it looks very vibrant and clean. I would assume in time this will show dirt after some use, but that is something you are probably aware of when buying anything white. The leather ends are quite stiff when you first use them, as is normal with most new guitar straps. There is no additional stitching around the button hole like you can find in more expensive straps, which would have been a very cheap addition and make a big difference to the user's confidence in the strength of the opening. The strap itself is made of a good strong material. It isn't the most comfortable strap and I can see it could dig into the neck a bit with a heavier guitar, but that is to be expected at such a cheap price. I have given it 4 stars overall. I think it would be unfair to give this less than 4 stars considering the quality for the price paid. If this was a £10+ strap I would give it 3 stars. This is probably one of the better straps you will get for £5.

High quality strap for a rock bottom price
Having purchased two of these for my acoustic guitars recently i can confirm they are high quality, i have owned one for over a year and after spending some time agonising on what strap to get for my newest musical addition i just had to go for what works. The strap is comfortable and sits firmly on most strap pegs, it can take a little effort to get them on for the first time but once they are you'll forget its even there within minutes. And that honestly is the key, most straps i find can cut in to the player, or feel bulky on the shoulders but this lightweight strap just holds up the instrument, nothing more nothing less and does so unintrusively, the colours are vibrant and eye catching without being over the top although i must admit i only have blue and navy and have used black and gray several guitars ago. After playing guitar for years these are straps i keep returning to, top of the line quality for bottom of the line prices, usually too good to be true but not so for this strap, 100% recommended

Not bad and reasonably priced... but
These do the intended job fine and are reasonably priced. But of the pair I bought, I struggled to fit both to my guitars. 3 out of the 4 end holes holes were WAY too small and needed modifying. After wrestling with each strap for ten minutes, I had no option but to make the fixing slots longer or there was no way they were ever going to fit over the buttons on my guitars. Would've expected better from a company like Ernie Ball.

Well built but doesn't work...
I hooked it up on my MM Sterling Bass and guitar was slipping off my shoulders. Not sure if it's just guitar weight or my shoulder shape but I had to constantly focusing on keeping my guitar at position while playing... I returned it to get something better

Worth every penny..
The strap is one of the most underrated pieces of a guitar player’s kit, but a bad quality strap can really ruin your practice, performance and possibly your guitar if it crashes into the floor. Ernie Ball has been in the game a long time and his straps are a testament to that. I doubt there is any long term guitar slinger who hasn’t used one. While it is not at the top of the price range this strap is a good, clean, precise product made of strong polypropylene of reasonable quality. At 2'' it is not the widest strap in town but not an uncomfortable wear on both acoustic/electric guitars, although you might want to get something wider an beefier if your gear is old school heavy an weighing in around 10lb. The stitching around the leather strap ends is pretty sound, looks like it is made of nylon, I have not had a problem yet with failure and the strap holes are a pretty tight fit onto the guitar buttons. The buckle is of sound quality and has yet to slip even with a fair amount of swinging around an yeah the burgundy colour is not bad either. The price is also among its best features when compared to similar straps. Robust and fit for purpose these straps will generally last as long as your enthusiasm for your instrument. Good entry level product... Recommended.

Ernie Ball basic guitar strap, okay but nothing special.
The quality of a basic guitar strap has changed since I last bought one in the 1990s. Guitar straps today rarely, if ever, include any metal components. Buckle slides and end connectors are now made from a cheaper plastic called 'delrin'. This could be be good, as the softer material is less likely to scratch your guitar. Though not as strong as metal, Delrin is strong enough, so I'm confident my guitar is safe. Where I'm most critical is the quality of the webbing. All my old nylon/polymer straps were a much thicker/heavier gauge material, whereas modern webbing is thinner and tends to crease and gather over the shoulder. When I bought this "Ernie Ball" strap I was hoping for a better quality product in this regard. Although the Ernie Ball webbing has a better weave quality than most, overall it's lightweight and really not especially impressive. The Ernie Ball basic guitar strap boasts leather ends, which is a plus. However the leather ends are very small with tiny holes I had great difficulty feeding through the guitar's anchor buttons. Finally the Ernie Ball guitar strap boasts that it's adjustable up to 72ins, a feature I didn't take particular notice of this when I bought it. However, once I had the strap on the electric guitar and adjusted it to fit, the buckle ended up uncomfortably between my shoulder blades. Unless you're a large person with a big acoustic guitar, I doubt the extra inches will be anything more than an annoyance.

I love these Ernie Ball straps - they’re comfortable, durable, and look fantastic. This purple one on my purple Les Paul - simple, classic, and it really makes the guitar stand out. The strap feels solid and well-balanced, with smooth adjustment and just the right width for long playing sessions. I’m using it with Jim Dunlop Straploks, and it fits securely with no twisting or slipping. Highly recommend these straps - great quality, timeless design, and unbeatable value.

In spite being made of polyurethane the strap is soft and the edges do not rub against the neck while playing . The strap ends are well stitched and feel sturdy . Although I recommend to change the strap after 1 to 1.5 years of regular use. I have a les paul and it works great for me . I don't recommend it for a heavy electric bass
