I ordered and waited for it to arrive so long. And when it did arrive late and turned on the product the steam don't dispense. The voltage was set correctlt and it's fairly simple set up. Now I cannot even get a replacement. I lost my money here

It's a bit on the heavy side, but it's the only dual voltage travel steamer I could find. I have used it a few times. Good experience so far. Happy with it.
