Knee Glide, Knee Replacement Recovery Aids Kit

This is EXACTLY what I needed after total knee replacement! Wheels make it easy to move your new joint without any strain, so you can glide as close to your chair as possible and hold; giving your new knee time to adjust to the new position. I've had great results in the week I've been using it. Makes daily exercise much easier and I believe it's helped me gain range of motion faster than I would have if I'd continued using the furniture slide that I started with.

I’ve had this for two days (I am 26 days post-op total knee replacement). This little devise is SOOOO helpful to get my knee bending and loosening up. I feel like there’s going to be improvement in my bend when I go to PT tomorrow. I still do the dreaded slides, but keeping the knee bending and moving throughout the day using this is wonderful. I wish I had had it in the beginning. That said, I wish it came with the handle straps. The cords dig into my hands because I need to wrap them around to get the pull. I will make my own handle straps using 3/8” nylon webbing which I ordered yesterday (and my sewing machine!) to replace those cords. If this came with handle straps, it would be a 10 star product!!

Purchased this to assist with my knee replacement surgery... Didn't really work any better than just using a strap.

I had round slider discs but foot or shoe would slide off. I found this on Amazon, and LOVE it. Works great, my foot or shoe stays in place and wth the rope I am able to pull my knee back even more and that is what I am needing. I highly recommend this, makes your home therapy so much easier .

This slide was perfect for continuing my rehab exercise for my total knee replacement at home. Therapist and PA were pleased with my progress which help shorten the number of my therapy sessions..

I was skeptical at first, but I'm so thankful I made this purchase. This product should be in every physiotherapist arsenal! Doesn't look like it does much, but it's worth every penny, if you put in the work! I had knee surgery and I use this every single day to get my range of motion back, yes it hurts like heck, but it absolutely has helped 100%!! Super easy to use, just put your foot on it, and pull the ropes as far back as you can! The ropes help to not let it slide too far, and helps to pull your leg in as far back as you can and hold that range for a few seconds to get that stretch! Also, no assembly, just pull it out of the bag, and start your physio!

Will definitely help to bring my TKR leg muscles as they were before my knee operation. It is the easiest physiotherapy you can do while watching TV.

Used as part of rehab routine after knee replacement surgery. The dreaded knee slides (part of a set of exercises to increase rang of motion in the affected knee) are universally dreaded by most knee replacement patients. It beats using the plastic bag on the couch/bed as recommended by the physios. My physio approved this device. And it has since been passed on to a fellow knee replacement friend who loves the thing.

Worked as intended for my knee rehab to get my flexion back. Unfortunately I found the weigh distribution off so it would snap up when in full extension unless I was very intentional about shifting my weight to my toes (and it would still happen). Pretty flimsy over all, but worked well - the price is a little steep for what you get. I wouldn't try to sell this to anyone after my rehab - just gave it away since I didn't feel it was food enough quality.
