I absolutely love this Cinnapeel Spicer blend! The combination of organic Ceylon cinnamon with ginger and orange peel gives it a warm, rich flavor that’s a step above regular cinnamon. Great tasting, easy to take supplement. I use it to lower blood sugar and triglycerides. In 6 months of using it, along with a few other supplements my A1C has dropped one point and my triglycerides by over 100. No change in diet or activity. I do supplement with other things so it’s hard to say if it’s just one thing or a combination of the things I’m taking. My goal is to reduce or eliminate the prescriptions I’m on (Metformin and one other [no insulin]). My daily sugars had been rising with RXs alone and I was told I would eventually be on insulin. I don’t accept that fate without a fight!

Works very well to manage blood glucose with no unpleasant aftertaste or side effects. It works even better when used in conjunction with a healthy low carb diet.

Having coming out of taking Ozempic for a long time, my stomach, pancreas and blood suger went wild. My GCM was going off all different times of the night resulting in sleep loss. I really like this, I take it s few times a week in my water and it tastes really good and smells jus as good. My appetite is a bit smaller now but all and all it works well

Must take with food as it made me very nauseous and stomach pain!
