Wonderfull product. First i had recieved a faulty product however thanks to Amazon replacement policy was able to get a replacement. Now the new item recieved works perfectly good. Better than the hot water bag. Thanks Amazon

Temp control is not precise.
Comsumes same power at setting 1 and 2 (37 watts), and at 3 its 72 watts. Otherwise good so far.
