This Lovesnap bracelet is designed as a CBT tool. The idea is you wear the bracelet and if you have a negative thought or self-deprecating messages you pull the rubber band and let it go to snap on your arm. This is a reminder to stop the negative thought and replace it with a positive one. I think this is a creative, novel idea, and I hope it helps people. For me, it was disappointing. The bracelet is a silicone bracelet like the free promotional ones you get at a fundraiser or sporting event. The difference is this one has brass fittings on the end of the cuff with balls that are intended to hold a small rubber band in place. The rubber bands are small and inexpensive ones similar to mini hair ties you can buy in bulk. Also, in order for the band to actually snap you, you need to make sure you purchase the size that fits flush against your wrist/arm. Overall, interesting bracelet but there is room for improvement given the price.

I am really enjoying my LoveSnap bracelet, it is very stylish and fits me perfectly. I got the black band with the brass closures and it came with extra rubber bands of different colors. The bracelet is very well made and with the rubber bands attached, the bracelet is very secure and will not fall off. I really like the mindfulness behind the bracelet, whenever a negative thought enters my mind, I just give the rubber band a snap that helps remind me to think more positively. Overall, this LoveSnap bracelet functions very well with reminding me to think positively and looks very stylish while wearing.

I wasn't sure about this bracelet at first. I was skeptical about the whole concept behind it, but I am so very glad I went ahead and gave it a try. Not only is it very stylish and trendy, but the whole meaning and purpose is so much more than I first thought. As busy people we can often let self-doubt invade our waking moments and with this bracelet it gives you the ability to "snap out of it". I found myself using it much more than I thought I would. It is also great for someone that likes to fidget. It comes with different sized and colored bands so you can swap them out to fit your size or mood. It is comfortable to wear all day. It is high-quality and worth the price. It is also very durable.

Low quality, just like other reviews said. End cuffs weren't secured at all on ends of the bracelet, either by pinching better or glue. One or the other would have sufficed. Elastics were supposed to be different sizes but all were same size.It was far too expensive for what you get. Think jelly bracelet value, gumball machine. Wish I could have returned it but it was past time to. It looked so cheesy the recipient was kind enough to just say thanks and never wear it. I was embarrassed.

I ordered this bracelet without knowing a lot of the science behind it just because it was cute. Now having worn it, I do love the little rubber band in between and how you can snap it as a little fidget. I’m still not entirely sure what the whole purpose behind the bracelet is, but it is become a daily where for me just because of how cute it is, and the little eye catching pop, it adds to any outfit. Again, I do use the little rubber bands as a fidget toy and I like to snap them, but I’m not sure if that was really the purpose of the bracelet. Overall, it is made super well and hold up through daily wear.

About the only thing I can agree with about this product is that it's a great idea. Unfortunately, it's poorly executed.My wrist measures 6.75", so according to the chart, I needed a Large. That seemed weird because my wrists are really quite small. Well, I should have listened to my gut instinct because it's way too large for me to wear, even with smaller rubber bands that I happened to have on hand.The end pieces aren't affixed very solidly, and are prone to popping off.All this is a shame, as it really is a good idea, and if more care were given to sizing, construction, etc., it would be a bargain at this price point. However, I have to say this is a no for me. A plain rubber band would work better.
