I don’t understand why some people say this tastes horrible—it actually tastes like tangerine-flavored syrup to me. I’ve been taking it for four days now, and I haven’t changed my diet. After the first day, I lost 2 pounds, and since then I’ve been losing about 0.4 pounds each day.I’m 45, and I’ve noticed that losing weight has become harder, even though I don’t eat that much. I eat whatever I feel like, but it’s not like I overeat or eat an entire container of food. When I was younger, I could lose weight just by eating a little less, but now it’s more challenging.I saw a video claiming that women over 40 cannot process B complex tablets. It was a commercial for a liquid B complex, not necessarily this brand. I went on Amazon, read the reviews, and chose this liquid B complex. I’m really happy with it because it seems to be working for me. I don’t work out regularly, but I do walk 30 minutes to an hour a few times a week.

I’m preparing for a stomach surgery, and was told I’ll be too nauseous to take vitamins for awhile, so I started experimenting with sublingual drops. I’m hoping that staying up on my vitamins will make for a speedy recovery.The taste of this stuff is STRONG. 😅 I was hesitant because I’ve found more awful tasting drops than good. This is a tart tangerine with a hint of kind of a tutie-frutie taste. The tart dissipates a little after a few seconds. I’ve started taking it with some vanilla flavored vitamin D3 drops I found on Amazon, and when combined, it tastes like an orange creamsicle.My energy and sleep have both improved significantly. I feel better than I have with taking really expensive vitamins for years. It’s the best tasting vitamin B drops I have found so far. Plus, my skin is looking better too.., Glad I found this little gem!💎

This works well for me as I can't do large pills. The flavor works for me too.

Taste is affected by other herbs, etc. that we take. And, I don't taste tangerines when I take this but I look forward to taking my B complex every day. It tastes great!😋 I have been fighting for my health for years but never before found a B complex that I looked forward to taking. I am also taking a critical load of immune builders for seven days so I cannot yet judge the effects of this formula, but I do love the taste.

These drops are a great way to include most of the B vitamins into your daily diet. My doctor recommended liquid drops for best absorption. I read many reviews, and selected these. They are easy to use and taste good! A slight orange taste - which I love!

I did not have a problem with the taste like some people did. Easy to take. I just don't have the wow effect that others have posted about. I have to do bloodwork again in two months so I will see then.
