Amazon's delivery and customer service is super efficient. Got the product 10 days before the estimated date. It is a very sophisticated looking product. Works extremely well. Let me just down a few pros and cons - Pros 1) very good looks 2) does not make any noise (nose of the fan is there but it's minimal and non-obtrusive) 3) has coasters... So you can move it around easily 4) good swing and now functions 5)has a remote, so you don't have to get up from your bed to switch off or reduce speed 6)hardly consumed any electricity 7) does not increase humidity or spray water or create any discomfort in hyderabad climate 8)good cooling function 9) you can use it as a fan during summers Cons 1) consumes lot of water... 31 liters week go empty if you run it for 10-12 hrs non stop 2) the horizontal seeing swivel just hands down. You will have to prop it up by lifting it and keeping something before it for support. 3) the power cord is not very long... So you will have to keep it very close to the plug point. I recommend buying a extension cord if you really want to move this around at your home Overall a very nice functional elegant product you will be proud to show off. It does what it is designed to do and did it well. Trust me guys, this is more than enough to beat the summer heat. Don't waste money on air conditioners of you stay in any of the dry cities in India like hyderabad or Delhi, Gurgaon, noida, Ahmedabad, jaipur etc.

Bought the product with high hope after going through almost all the coolers available online in that range. Got a defective piece. Really frustrating in this duration when everything you need to sanitize or quarantine :). The pump is not working at all. The water level warning is always blinking even with the water tank is full to it's capacity. Could not switch on the cool mode. Even the button cell is missing in the remote. Basically it seems i bought a fan for 8k INR. returning the cooler. Updated Review: I got the cooler replaced in a week. The new one is woring properly. If you get your expectation on the cooling right, it's a good choice.

Hope this can help you :-) we bought This cooler for our room pretty good and it can cool down your room easily no doubt but 3 days after receiving this cooler the akward sound starts coming i immediately filed exchange that was pretty smooth thank god it’s amazon, got another one here is the Jhol i got the same model but i think the old manufactured one , different remote without cell Lol and the finishing of second cooler is too bad i turned on my torch light to see what’s inside the water tank believe me that was old tank it means they (cooler company) sent me repaired cooler? Wow clap for those companies for earn millions of rupees and can’t afford the exchange with a new cooler to new cooler , plus i found it costly according to price i suggest you to find another one on amazon .. or local market you save a lot of money too hope it helps…

Reviewing after 3 years use, Cooler is fine and feature wise it is good, I like very much it's remote feature by this we can do all functions without going near to cooler. it is personal cooler so it will not cool room but good for personal air cool when you sitting in front of it. Build quality is good. Now Problems. 1. Wheel is a big problem as faced, it keep falling and it is not smooth move 2. front Air vent plates is good and after some use it become loose 3. Not a big problem, indicator lights is little bright so in night it irritate.

I bought this cooler about a year and a half back and it has been working wonders till date! Absolutely beautiful and super functional provided you know how to use it well. Remember its a cooler not an air conditioner, so it's best suited for dry climate. Also, always make sure the room it's being used in has proper air ventilation. Keep the windows open for air circulation. It cools a room of 10x10 easily if the swing mode is on. Throw is good for 4-5 feet! If you fill the water level to max, it can cool for upto 8-9 hours, so throughout the night cooling is possible. And it's a machine which needs maintenance, so clean the filters once in a while... It opens up easily from the back using a screw driver. You can clean it with water and then dry it and put it back. Overall, I'm very happy with this product! It has delivered value worth much more than what I paid!

Writing this review after 1.5 months of usage. Edited after 2.5 months of usage. Pros: 1. Good quality cooling when temperature is less than 40*C, so, could beat March to mid-April heat pretty well. 2. Two way auto air throw (sideways). 3. Bed level air throw. 4. Good air throw, you get sufficient air even at 15 feet distance at high speed. 5. Easy to use panel. Buttons very responsive. 6. The remote makes life easy. 7. Easy to move across. 8. Easy to see water level. 9. With full tank, it runs 10-11 hours at high speed. 10. Timer function is probably the best feature for me. Cons: 1. Manual up-down adjustment needed for air throw direction. 2. No humidity control. 3. Water inlet on the side and not on top. Misleading information provided. Also, no ice tray provided. 4. Must have cross ventilation for cooling to work. But when outside temperature is too high (say 40+) room will keep getting warmer will air from outside, so the cooler becomes like a personal cooler. So, not that effective by April end, entire May. 5. Noise level pretty high. 6. Occasionally throws water which started after a few days of usage. But this is negligible. Note: I have noticed 2 issues till now: 1. I was having issue with bore well water initially, I noticed a layer coming on the tank water outlet area and also on water layer viewing area. This is due to Hard Water salt build up which clogs the motor later on. Not sure if it makes the honeycomb less effective or not. 2. Bad smell when water tank isn't emptied for more than 3-4 days. Regular water change along with usage of disinfectant removes the smell.

Writing this review after usage of 10 days. Delivered by Amazon as per schedule date. Packing etc was excellent. Well finished and good looking product. If you are planning for living room, its not good enough. Cooling of bed room 12x12 feet more than enough for two persons. Specifically saying two persons, because its Air flow good for one bed area not for whole room. If you are intending to use for the room where more two persons are sleeping then don't go for this model. Very handy and portable to move in different rooms. Three fan speeds gives enough options to select airflow depending on wheather. I believe Amazon price not lowest in market, local suppliers giving better pricing options.

Tengo ya un par de meses con el y no tengo ninguna queja, hace todo lo que dice, el tanque es lo suficientemente grande para operar 1 dia entero sin parar, despues de eso requiere llenado. Quiza mi unica queja seria que el control remoto esta muy "chafa", pero cumple su funcion. La corriente de aire que produce es bastante buena y fresca (aproximadamente unos 4 o 5 grados menor a la temperatura ambiente en un clima no tan humedo como en la ciudad de Guadalajara). El consumo electrico es similar a lo que consume un ventilador, quiza lijeramente mas, pero mucho menor que pagar un aire acondicionado. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

O unico problema dele é que faz mt barulho se vc não gosta de nenhum barulho nao compre mas ele deixa o ambiente bem agradável

Se ve de buena calidad, pero tuve que regresarlo porque lo senti demasiado grande , pero no tuve problemas para hacer la devolucion. Todo muy bien
