I've had this for two years now, and it's really made a difference for me. For the record, at the time of buying, I was 29 and had back pain due to sitting in a bad chair all day at a computer. This stretcher (which I affectionately call my 'back cracker') makes a big difference when my back feels stiff and I'm struggling to really get a good stretch to loosen it up. I've had many, many days when I've been stiff from all the desk work and the stretcher has eased that stiffness like a champ. It's also held up well and works like it did the day I took it out of the box. I'm heavier, too, so I can attest that it can handle weight, and it's made of this nice thick plastic that flexes without straining.

Works as advertised and seems to really help my aching back due to stenosis and moderate scoliosis. Am trying to avoid surgery. Eases the pain but need to use 3 x a day for best results. Have only been using for 5 days but hoping it works more steadily as time passes. Definitely would recommend.

Fairly easy set up just takes a little elbow grease play around with it to adjust to your body and needs and that’s that feels like back is being stretched without any extra pain, definitely a great price. This has a very sturdy build I let a bigger family member try it and it didn’t budge. Overall the design is great and has helped improve my posture

The MINOLL Back Stretcher is a good product overall — it definitely helps relieve lower back tension and gives a nice stretch after sitting for long hours. It’s easy to assemble and use, and I do feel relief when using it regularly. However, the center cushion is a bit flimsy and tends to move out of place during use. I have to adjust or fix it almost every time, which can be a little annoying. If the cushion were sturdier or attached more firmly, this would be an excellent product. I have had on-going issues with sciatica and general lower back pain. I finally decided I needed to be more proactive in dealing with it and get a device for stretching my lower back. After reading mostly favorable reviews for this item I decided to give it a try. This stretcher in straightforward in design and function. I have only used it a few times but the results are good so far. I definitely get a good stretch in my lower back. I am hoping that by using this everyday I can mitigate the problems I have had by injuring my back when simply bending over to pick something up!. This device is easy to assemble, takes up very little space. And, most importantly, it works!

This product is amazing! I have been struggling with back issues for a long time, chiropractors, massage therapists the works. I used this on my bed because getting off the floor is difficult for me and I wasn't sure if it would work being on a softer surface. The first time I used this I used level 2 ( there are 3 adjustable settings which is great also because I don't think I could have tolerated 3 starting out. My back and shoulder popped after stretching for a couple of minutes and the tension released in my lower back. Quality is good and it's strong enough to hold me up at 230 plus pounds and small enough to take with me when I travel. The blood rushed to my head so I had to get up slowly. Relief finally ! It is cheaper than a chiropractor and I don't have to wait for an appointment. Totally recommend this product.

Good for stretching your back but hard to adjust height. Takes some strength.
