This is a really good blu ray box set of the first 2 Taken movies at a bargain price i might say.what is stricking, is just how brilliant the first Taken movie is and Neeson shines through so well.At first, i thought it was down to the fact that Taken 3 didn't manage to cut it and then it came to me. . .the first movie is usually the best, and i had forgotten just how great Taken is.I enjoyed the second film as well,but probably not as much as the first.I am not going to review the movie plots,if you are reading this more than likely you will be familiar with the stories.So i will say that the blu ray picture and sound is really really nice. . .of course, there is lots of night scene's within these movies but the daytime scene's look fab.To sum up, this is a bargain priced box set with great picture and sound.My only nag,is when i opened the box set, i found the redemption code for a digital copy of Taken 2 had expired??.I have emailed Fox about this,and await a reply.

Loved both of these films and not just because Im a Liam Neeson fan. The supporting cast were excellent, the chase scenes engaging and not overdone, his "Special Skills" were imaginative and set against James Bond, who would I rather have on my Team? It's a close call! How he coolly prepares his daughter and wife for what's about to happen to them respectively in each film is tense, but not absurdly so or too frightening. Both films flow well and keep the action and violence in proportion, and relevant. Some of the plot elements are insanely clever and for that reason both films were enjoyed enormously because they make you THINK in the same way as he does in planning ahead & preparing his strategy and logical moves when he has so little time to do so. This is a One Shot Situation where each time he comes away having bisected the bullseye.

Really good films, (wont say too much in case someone hasn't seen them but they're worth the watch).Great price for the dvds and the settings work well with my equipment in the UK. It arrived quickly also. I would recommend this item.

A very powerful film - with a warning; about young women that do need to be extremely careful while away from their home; and an expert' very determined loving father, fighting to find & save his daughter - (shows tied + drugged up helpless young women! + other violence)

Great movies to watch. I recommend these.

This is a terriffic doublepack (Have I got your attention yet?) It's "Taken" in Paris, and "Taken (2)", all over again, but in Istanbul. Really nasty bad guys get their come-uppance from Liam in these predictable but hugely enjoyable films! If you are not a film critic, and just want to be entertained, this duo will do the job nicely.

Packaged well so no reason for it to get damagedit was a double DVD package and was good vale for money.This was another purchase as a gift, so now followed it up, both DVD's play ok with no issues
