While the book is the personal work story of Richa at her company, what it tells us in essence is what good company culture should look like. We are so used to businesses and corporate companies prioritising work over life and people. The recent incidents in our country are testament to the toxic workplace culture. Most young people who enter the workforce are unaware of what ‘good’ culture looks like and this book is definitely worth a read to learn that!For me this book felt like a reflection of my current workplace. Valuing the people who make up the business is the best way to create a feeling of satisfaction and accomplishment among employees.
