It takes about 8 minutes to get boiling hot water, in a device the size of a travel cup! I works great and is very portable. I use this every morning.

Had a problem with first one but customer service sent a replacement, and they were extremely helpful and courteous. I went ahead and tried second one because of their service. It was obvious they really care about their products and also care about making things right. They responded quickly and kept the communication lines going. Excellent service and kettle is working great. Heats up pretty fast. One thing to note is that once you start it, it will begin to heat up and goes through the various colors/temps until you stop it at the temp you desire. If it goes to highest temp it will automatically shut off. I really like the color indicators as well.

Very good. I have been using it for 2 months now for once or twice on the week days. So far so good without problems. The lids did smell a little at the beginning. You don't need the lid to boil water. Control is simple, just pressing the power button to cycle thru the temp settings.

I’m taking this to Europe. It is small compact and easy to use. Seems to work as expected.

I love my morning cup of tea and a coffee maker hot water just doesn’t cut it. I purchased this for a surgery I was having so I could have tea in the morning and it was perfect! I’ve also used it for travel, in hotels etc. Folow the instructions, don’t fill past line, and don’t put you hand where the steam escapes and you’ll love it to!
