Nice machine. Good temperature control. Fast heating. Easy to use. Mine is slight wavy hair so it makes my hair silky in 3 to 4 strokes (at 170). No idea about curly hair. Worth buying. Kindly use heat protection spray or gel.

Ive had my fair share of straighteners and this is the best yet. First of all its a gorgeous and glossy deep red. Has an LED screen to show you the temperature. The best feature is the temperature memory. When you put it on it will automatically heat up to the last temperature you used. The wire is also long enough to stretch a good distance from the socket. I dont care much for the heat protective bag included. This is comparable, infact better than GHD straighteners.

I have been a Remington user since the past decade! And it has never let me down. This flat iron is fab with very quick heat up time, sleek body and display, temp memory feature helps a lot and the length of the iron is perfect for a quick styling. Purchase without a doubt

I was scared while ordered but after using I will suggest go for it... my hairs are too thick.... so go for it..

It is easy to use. Gives a salon like finish with a silky finish. I've used many straighteners over time, and I can vouch that this is the best one so far.

I was looking for a new pair of straighteners and the S9600 Silk Straighteners from Remington really caught my eye when browsing online. Described as Remington’s fastest and hottest straightener, ideal for quick touch ups and controlling those stubborn strands I was sold. The package arrived ...... I was not to be disappointed as the Silk Straighteners look awesome! They are a really sleek with a cool colour that makes them look really professional compared to my current pair (self proclaimed top of the range not so hot BaByliss bought 4 years ago). The heat proof pouch that’s included is great as I often find myself having to rush out of the house before allowing them to cool properly and as I’m away often it’s also great for storing the straighteners in ones luggage. The hinge lock on the straighteners is clever, simply close the plates and flick the switch up and the plates are locked closed – easy to transport. My hair is quite thick so I do need a hot straightener and with a temperature of 235 degrees these straighteners really hit the mark, especially with a turbo boost which reaches 240 for those pesky stubborn kinks and whispy bits! The temperature control lock function is handy as you can rest assured you won’t accidentally change the temperature mid style! The longer length plates are also a god send! I can straighten my hair in half the time compared to using my current pair! The 3m cord is super handy as my plug socket is a bit far away from my mirror so that has also proved really helpful! The S9600 Silk Straighteners for Remington are by far the best straighteners I’ve ever used. Je trouve que le lisseur est rapide à chauffer. Cependant, il est plus petit que les autres lisseurs de la marque. Mon lisseur remington pearl ayant fait son temps j'ai voulu essayer un autre lisseur mais tout en restant chez eux. Plus petit, chauffe vite, la température monte jusqu'à 140°C, câble assez long à mon goût. Ayant essayé plusieurs lisseur de marques concurrentes, la marque remington est pour moi la meilleur concernant les lisseurs.

avevo già una piastra della stessa marca di una ventina di anni fa con la quale mi ero trovata benissimo. Questa styler ha le due piastre che si uniscono a molla senza lasciare spazi così risulta più facile far scorrere la ciocca di capelli. Cosa per me fondamentale è il fatto che non strappa o spezza i capelli proprio perchè lo scorrimento sui capelli è molto fluido. Si riscalda in tempi velocissimi e ha la possibilità di settare la temperatura. Sui miei capelli che sono mossi e a "nuvola gonfia tendenti al crespo" vengono lisci con una sola passata a 180 gradi. Non ha nulla da invidiare a quella più blasonata e costosa della concorrenza, nel senso che i capelli mi vengono uguali a quella della parrucchiera che usa la ghd. La consiglio ad occhi chiusi.
