It was a dream come true! Since a long time wanted to buy this legendary mic. Finally in Nov 20, bought it. The price was Rs. 10999, but got 2000 discount. 1000 from Amazon and 1000 from sbi card.Each and every part seems as it is perfectly chisseled. Stand is really heavy and sturdy to hold the mic, total weight approx 1.4 kgs, two knobs to fix the mic with the stand. One usb pory and one headphone jack (booton of mic), two buttons in the front (mute and volume) alongwith the yeti symbol, two buttons in the back (recording options and pitch).A must buy for sound artists, singers, youtubers, podcasters.

I'm writing this review after returning product today (which I have tested yesterday after delivered). I ordered this famous Blue yeti microphone after watching a lot of review videos from youtube. I needed microphone for voiceover and for my YouTube channel. I did a lot of research for budget microphones wich comes under Rs. 10,000 catagory. Surely in prime day sales there was no competition to Blue yeti(having all 4 polar patterns, good looks, durability, brand product, customer base). So I ordered it. after delivery I tested mic. The sound quality is great but due to my room is not sound proof it was picking lot of noises for my home environment. As a condenser mic it is very sensitive mic so that it can pick up noise from environment unlike dynamic mic (which I have ordered after placing return order of this microphone). Blue yeti is great option if you have well sound treated room and if you don't have it (like me) then you should probably consider buying dynamic mic (less sensitive = better noise reduction).

It's absolutely amazing. As a maths content creator, this product just upgrade my content to a whole new level. Worth every penny.

For all those people who say that this mic, picks up noise, they should know that all condenser mics including yeti have to be used with some tool like OBS etc. If you use any tool like OBS then this device works like charm and cancels all the background noise. Sound quality, build quality and looks all are awesome.

I purchased the Blue Yeti microphone expecting a significant improvement in audio quality, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The sound quality is almost identical to my MacBook’s built-in microphone, which makes it hard to justify the cost.For the price, I was hoping for clearer and more professional audio, but the performance falls short. If you’re looking for a microphone that truly enhances your recordings, I would recommend exploring options like SHURE, which offers far better quality and value. Unfortunately, the Blue Yeti doesn’t live up to its reputation.

The nice product got it with a very low offer price in Amazon, it offers few direct control on the mic itself and USB so plug & play. works fine with audacity and few other softwarePros:- Good quality soundCons:- It picks the room noises, even with zero gain on the control knob. Needs some postprocessing (note: this is Condenser mic so I can understand)- No direct monitoring toggle button(it can be toggled using BlueSherpa app, as a workaround)

I work from home 95% of the time and attending many online meetings/calls every day.My hearing is not the best and I need superior audio sound, not just clarity but volume as well AND I need to be heard clearly at the other end without sounding like I am either in a box and echo or sound quiet and 10 feet away.The other criteria of any mic I have is that I MUST be able to mute the mic quickly - working from home has some disadvantages of being interrupted suddenly.I can use a decent expensive headset with a boom mic, and that is great apart from the max volume is not enough for me and wearing a headset for most of the day gives me sweaty ears (errrrgh).I have tried some USB desk mics at around £20, but none of them performed unless I have my mouth right next to the mic... sort of negates the purpose of the desk mic - and so have always resorted back to my headset with boom mic.I then took the plunge and forked out £85 for this Yeti Professional USB Microphone - having no experience of this sort of mic, I had no expectations other than hoping it would be better than the desk mics I had previously tried.What can I say - FANTASTIC - I was totally blown away by this mic - gain control on the mic pickup, so that I have the mic about 2ft in front of me and the people at the other of my calls haven't spotted the difference to when I use a boom mic.As for the headphone volume - ARE YOU KIDDING ME - UNBELIEVEABLE THE VOLUME AND CLARITY I can get now - at last I can hear at the volume I need. Even the softness speaking people on calls I can hear - I just turn up the volume - there is no way I could ever go to max volume on this.And of course ... my favourite button... the mute button - it works a treat.Yes, £85 for a mic sounds a lot and I was skeptical paying that much not knowing if it would give me what I needed - but this for me is a GAME CHANGER for my work - I cannot recommend this enough for home working.A definite 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for me - if it were a rating out of 100, then I would rate it 100 with no hesitation.

I made the mistake of buying a different brand and used it for several years for video recordings as on online educator. When I started noticing sound issues on my recordings I decided to get a Blue Yeti. Wished I would have done it a long time ago! MASSIVE difference in recording quality. I love the directional options. Super happy with my purchase.
