The device sent to me was deactivated & disabled. I have connected with customer care of this device, and what i got the answer was completely shocking and bad experience. The customer care told me that the vendor has send me the disabled device, it can't be activated again. Very bad experience. I felt like I was cheated. I wouldn'T recommend anyone to buy this device,

The device , latest L1 series scanner for aadhar authentication works flawlessly both on and Android phone and on a windows 11 pc. On the Android phone after installing the jeevan pramaan app and mantra rd service , just refresh the rd service after connecting the scanner to the phone. On the windows 11 pc just install all the aadhar related app (3 in total), the jeevan pramaan app, mantra rd service and mantra MFS110 L1 device driver as windows adminstrator. Great product with faster scanning.
