Good finishing and great product quality. Have used it regularly for about 1 month now. So far no issues, working perfectly fine and the thick slots allow for thick bakery breads to be toasted. Temp control is also good, gives the required browning.

Black+Decker make very good looking products. Last time I've ordered their steam irons and when I saw this toaster on discount, I got it too. The product looks good, even if quality of the plastic is average, cheaper models of other brands use something similar. It doesnt have a lid, so will need to figure out how to protect it from dust. Regardless of its little flaws, I dont regret that I got it, it works and design is really nice.

Better than Haffele, since these are American and German designed and quality controlled. Haffele is made in China now, and quality control is mediocre. Black and Decker has always maintained their quality and durability as usual since 3 decades.

Excellent quality and very well made toaster. Was looking for a good pop up toaster and this one perfectly fits the bill. The bread is browned to perfection. A recommended buy for sure.

Pros: 1. Good built. Looks sturdy & classy. 2. Provision for heating croissants, defrosting, reheating, etc. 3. Large slots for thick breads to go in Cons: 1. Short cable. Had it been longer, I would have given 5/5

I had purchased this product thinking it is original Black & Decker product. But after the product was delivered, the make and quality of the outer body gave me a lot of doubts whether this is an original product or not. First of all, I was not able to find this product on the black and decker website when I went to check, and it is still not showing there. Secondly, the toaster as working fine for a few days, but now after using I for more than 1 month the bread is getting toasted unevenly on both the sides. 1 side is getting burnt while the other side is hardly getting toasted. And the dial controller if set anywhere above 1.5, the toast will definitely get burnt. So I am having a post-purchase dissonance with this product.
