I purchased another time same product for my parents. This product is totally good. Low-cost maintenance. Two years back i purchased the same product. i changed only pre-filter, that's all. Very Less Maintenace. Buy and forget. Trouble free product. Worth it.

Worst product
I bought this product on January 1st and get it installed on Jan 5th. Today is 26th Jan and the purifier is not working. I switched on the purifier and it is not working. Within two weeks of time the condition is not working which is really disappointment. I am trying to connect to their customer care but not getting any response.

I ordered from Amazon Ruby auqa guard it's amazing pure drinking ЁЯЪ░ water ЁЯТж and super experienced I had nice performance value for money it's good ЁЯСНЁЯП╗ product from Amazon home appliances seller from Ruby water purifier .

Very poor service
Filter is good but the support is very poor...I am trying to contact company number but no response after even multiple voice message still waiting for response..

Good Budget RO Water Purifier
I bought this purifier in Sep 2020 and used it till April 2022. There was no need for Maintainence during my use. The product is much better than using Kent and other Expensive RO purifiers which demand heavy servicing costs after every 3-4 months.I sold this purifier later at Rs 1800/- and the product still works well.Customer Care is responsive, however beware of local technicians for fitting the RO who try to extort extra money from you by suggesting unnecessary change in plumbing etc.The product quality is really good. I would recommend it over Kent or Livpure etc anyday
