Pretty nice device, easy to install, just follow the instructions. Pretty useful features, to hold the phone and hanger, seems to be well made and decent material. I like that it's adjustable and provide fine head and neck support.

I would give this 5 stars if it worked for someone who is 5' 3" better. I can't adjust the height low enough to work, so I had to also get a cushion to sit on. I love that it stays in place and I don't have to try and adjust my head all the time with a cushion that doesn't stay put.

The headrest is so soft and comfortable. Fits perfectly perfectly in my car really nice to have. Super easy to install as well

Thought this was going to be annoying as it would just push my head forward and hurt my neck.... however this actually works well to fill in the gap between the head and seat portion! So nice and relaxing for my neck. Feels pretty sturdy as well.

Instructions weren't too difficult, took a few reads to understand how to do it, but easy enough. Help with the Toyotas, as they love to push the top of your head forward, with no neck support, and you get cricks in your neck during long drives.Can move up, down, in and out, comes with two extra rear attachments, a phone holder and grocery bag holder. Works well for me, but I need just about fully up and fully out. When it's like that, it's jiggly and wobbly.One safety concern is when you go to look left or right, more so to your right, for the side view mirror, you can't keep your head up against AND turn to the right. The pillow stops you from looking fully right and seeing your mirror, you have to move forward and look. What's bad about that? I have my mirrors set normally and have to readjust for this pillow, to see my sides in one sweep. But still a good accessory for your car.

I have a toyota sienna and the seats are very concave, which are just not very comfortable. I've tried pillows designed for this purpose, but none have been a good fit. I really like Tinclub's adjustable car neck pillow. Installation was a bit tricky, but it was hot in the garage and I was losing patience. My husband installed it without any issues. The memory foam is very soft and the mount is very stable. I like how the design of this pillow actually holds my neck and head. It will be good for road trips since I'm navigator and my husband always drives. I'm looking forward to trying this out on long trips. I will update this review if there is anything to note, good or bad.

Once installed this well made headrest is comfortable and easily adjusts. The mechanism works well, delicate accurate adjusting takes getting used to but once positioning for maximum personal comfort is achieved it stays and is gratifying. On the rear of the headrest mount is a hook and phone mount that fold out of the way. For ride share drivers you have extra comfort for a long day and some passenger convenience. Installation is simple.

The adjustments on this pillow mount is just awesome, up and down closer or back. The most important part the pillow feels great with a wedge that helps to support you from rolling head around too much. The designers really thought this through as the back side has two slots where it comes with a mount to hold a phone or even an ipad mini at least and two storage hooks if you choose to just use both slots on the back for hooks to hang grocery or take out bags. I highly highly recommend this. Well designed and great features!
