Will this food sink by itself in a saltwater aquarium?

Sort of... If you gently place the pellets in the water, they'll float on the top. But if you're agitating the water or you throw them in kinda forcefully, they'll slowly sink.

Does this African Cichlids loves those food ?

I do not have cichlids I have a salt water fish tank.
