Sapphire collection 300 Thread Count 100% Egyptian Cotton Fitted Sheets (Single, Black)

I washed them but they were still very hard to the touch so I took a small strip from the inside seam and did a burning test. The fabric is not made of 100% cotton at all. During the test there was black smoke, which is distinctive for synthetics, and the residue contained quite a lot of hard plastic bits. A cotton made product would leave just some grey ash. There is no indication where the pillowcases and the bed sheet were made.I am very disappointed that Amazon allows such an obviously misleading product description.

300 thread count my ar#e, I've got sandpaper that's smoother, and that's after washing and then soaking in fabric conditioner for an hour.

Super king size will just fit regular king size it's- 183 x 203 cm, it's also hard & crispy, hoped it would soften after washing, disappointed, this isn't cotton, sheet doesn't have a label it's been packaged incorrectly, disappointed.......I wanted to buy more, now I'm thinking it's best to buy in a shop so I can feel the fabric...... after reading the other reviews it seems I must have received the wrong sheet.

not extra deep!! Colours ran turnt my sons white football socks beige! Awful sheets don't waste your money!

Very scratchy and rough to the feel. If you do consider purchasing be aware that you need to check the measurements for each size, the 'double' is not a double, it's half a foot short, etc.

I agree with the below comment. It is rough to the touch and doesnt feel Egyptian let alone 100% cotton. It did fit my deep mattress as it promises however after the first wash (at 30 degrees Celsius, I then hung to air dry rather than tumble dry), it shrunk enough to barely fit back onto the same mattress. it actually tore as I tried to fit the 4th corner. also it wrinkles badly after a wash and high spin cycle so if you are looking for wrinkle free, this wont be a joy for you to look at.Bottom line: look elsewhere. this product is simply poor.

After one short wash with a mild detergent sheets became 'bobbly'. Poor quality sheets, would advise against buying :(

Not Egyptian cotton. Not 300 thread count. Feels like cheap polyester. Do not buy.
