Request of return as product hasn't served it's purpose
This item has not fulfilled my expectations at all, and the worst part is that i can't even return it as it's not eligible to be returned. After using this product my gums started hurting and i was left in more pain than i was before. I request amazon to kindly accept my return request and refund my money as this product hasn't served it's purpose for me.

Works for me for many years
I have severe snoring. I am using this mouth appliances for more than 5 years now. It works for as against nose clip or chin belt. For me, my lower jaw sags inward during night , blocking airway. This appliance keep the lower jaw forward. What I learned with experience is first try out and find out which side up or down fits ok. Then boil water , pure it in a glass, immerse the appliance for 2 mins , then take out , check temperature, put in mouth in the direction checked in the begin, keep the lower jaw and upper jaw same line at the front, chew the appliance lightly so that it will adapt to the shape of the gum/teeth etc. Keep it in same way for a few minute, take out and put it in cold water. It will be ready for use. Note that there will be some discomfort for first few weeks and then will be used to it. This device only works for those whose lower jaw move backward causing snoring during sleep.

it will be good to reduce snoring
You would have trouble initially sleeping with this in your mouth , used it first day for 2 hours,fits snugly, but later after 2-3 hours you will notice the gel sticking to your gums when you remove it. Haven't used it much after that. Don't know about others, i feel uneasy sleeping with a this in my mouth , if you get used to it, it will be good to reduce snoring.

Useless product, waste of money
Not able to use this product. It is not fit on teeth. Very difficult to sleep while using this.No comfort and not easy to use. Most important it is not refundable

worth product
they mention that product made from soft material like silicon...but it is very hard plastic...which hurt your mouth....my teeth is paining within a second...plz amazone dont allow to sell this kind od product which is not.even refundable...waste of money only.....plz dont.buy anyone...its my request...i waste my money...

Using it - Product is as described
Sometimes I find it under my pillow in the morning , but will the product work on the long run who know.I am using it for teeth grinding.
