Easy source of Lycopene
I've been taking these Lycopene for a few years now because they are an easy source of highly concentrated Lycopene. You'd need to eat a few cases of tomatoes to get the same amount, but I don't like tomatoes, so this is my go to.

BUY THIS if you don't want to wake up and pee every 2 hours!
Saved me! I was peeing every couple of hours at night (really!). I saw an M.D. doctor on YouTube rave about these for helping BPH (basically it means peeing a lot). It took about 2 weeks (taking one pill with my single meal, daily) to work. I keep a night time "bladder diary" and I use a stop watch when I pee (yeah, i know that's weird but allows me to track my progress). If I don't drink too much coffee/ tea/ or water before bed ... I sleep now 5, 6, hours or more without having to wake up and pee!
