1. Disappointed with Quality and Performance
Hereโs your message in correct and professional English: โธป I purchased this product twice, and both times I had to return it due to poor quality. The first time, it arrived broken and was making unusual noise. The second time, although the condition looked fine, the roller was still making noise, and the build quality is very cheap. Additionally, the remote is not working properly, and many functions are not working. I bought this product as a gift, but it turned out to be very disappointing. I strongly recommend not buying this product, otherwise you may face the same issues. This is my honest and humble feedback.

Not suitable for older parents. Feels more pain after using this
I bought it for my mother who is 60+โฆ she liked it in the first instance but after 3 days, she noticed that she is getting more pain after massage. She feels more pain and tiredness after using it. Wants to return it but there is no such option. I will suggest it not to buy for older parents.
