exactly as pictured. decent quality. wish had thicker straps and was slightly larger.

I love this bag! It’s the perfect size for a day-to-day work bag and arrived sooner than expected. BUT, I was placing my work items in it when I found a price tag in one of the pockets. The tag was from a “Ross” store and the price on it was for $14.99! Having paid significantly more than that, I felt ripped off by the seller-MIA Family Stores. In the future, I will check supplier so I don’t get ripped off by these people again!

Very nice tote bag, however it wasn't packaged the greatest and packaging was damaged as well as a small slit on the bottom of the tote. the slit is hairline small and on the very bottom of the bag, so I didn't return.
