Started using this product a few weeks back and I like the fact that it is easy to consume, there is not lingering after taste. It is very easy to mix and it does what its supposed to.

Purchased SCI-MX Total Mass – Advanced Muscle for my 17-year-old son as part of a structured approach to lean mass development alongside progressive resistance training. The aim was to reliably support a consistent caloric surplus without excessive reliance on high-volume whole foods. From a practical and physiological standpoint, it is well formulated for its purpose — calorie-dense, carbohydrate-forward, and sufficiently protein-rich to support recovery and muscle protein synthesis when training and recovery are appropriately aligned. In use, it integrates easily into a disciplined nutrition plan as both a post-workout shake and a between-meal supplement. It has contributed to steady weight gain and improved training output over time. Mixability is acceptable given its density, though quite thick, and the flavour is serviceable but becomes repetitive with daily use. I’ve rated it 4 stars rather than 5 mainly due to long-term palatability and consistency of daily use. Functionally, it performs exactly as required. Overall, a highly effective, well-designed mass gainer that delivers when used properly within a structured training programme.

Very nice protein will mix well even by just shaking and tastes nice definitely worth money.

DO NOT MIX WITH WATER. I made my first shake with water and almost threw up twice while drinking it, though eventually I managed to finish it. It tastes much better with milk, but since that isn’t how the product is advertised, I won’t factor that into my rating. The protein content is relatively low compared to the total calories, which is typical for weight gain powders. The main carbohydrate source is maltodextrin, which is a very cheap filler. Ideally, you’d want a gainer that uses oats or more complex carbs for a better insulin response. Also, it is very difficult to fully mix in. Overall, this is a mid-quality gainer at a relatively low price. Still miles better than Optimum Nutrition’s gainer.

Mixes well, no chalky taste and easy to drink. Not too thick like some equivalent shakes. The chocolate, strawberry, vanilla and banana flavours are all nice

Mixes well, tastes good and has helped gain weight in a very short time.
