Would this psu fit into a cougar qbx mini itx case? i'm going to be using an asrock h370 itx mobo with an i3 9100f and a noctua nh u9s

I have the sf750 and think it would fit in the cougar case. So the sf450 should too. I’m not 100% sure though. I have a Sliger sm560 case, an Asrock 570 itx motherboard, and an AMD Ryzen 3700x cpu.

Will this fit in a dell optiplex 390 sff pc?

The Optiplex 390 supports regular ATX PSUs, so this one should fit perfectly fine with room to spare. Going with an ATX PSU, such as the CX650M, might save you a few dollars though.

It's been a while since I purchased but if my memory serves me well this has a switch to change power modes do it should be fine. Just make sure to set the switch on the correct mode before plugging it in and you are good. You might need a different plug on the cord like maybe an adapter for the pattern.
