I am very pleased with this stepladder. It is competitively priced well made and reassuringly stable. It only took a matter of minutes to assemble with the nuts and bolts provided. The ladder has side handles and a top handrail so when on the third or fourth step I feel safe and can hold on to something if a need to stretch a little. I really like the extra wide steps which give safe and comfortable manoeuvrability when working at height.The ladder is heavier than my smaller aluminium stepladder but despite that, I rather feel that this is going to be my go to ladder from now on.

Haven't used yet but solid sturdy ladder, a little heavy but good quality and the bonus the rails which make It safer, worth the money

I decided to buy this 4 step ladder as I was struggling on a small two step with no hand rails. The handrails made me feel secure and I wish I'd have bought this years ago. I am a seventy year old lady who has metalwork in my spine and two titanium knees. Obviously my legs don't work like a teenager's. The height of the step was important to me as I can't lift my knees any higher than about 10 inches. Once up the ladder, I was confident that I wouldn't fall and I managed to clean all my windows with ease. The top rail I found very useful to pull myself up to the top step.The ladder is not lightweight in my opinion. I think 11.5kilo. I found it a little heavy for me but I "walked" it one leg at a time which was ideal. The weight would be my only gripe, but that weight only goes to show how well made and safe the ladder is. Highly recommend to all, even little old ladies with false knees!

This ladder is heavy and the rungs are a bit narrow: nevertheless it is a good sturdy product which was easy to assemble,and is as safe to use as any ladder can be.

I am, I'm getting used to the word, elderly, but I have found that I feel safe using this stepladder. It was quite easy assembling the hand and support rails. All you need is a shifter spanner (or anything that can keep a nut from spinning) and a cruciform (Philips will do) screwdriver.

Very sturdy steps, comfortable when using for a while due to the wide steps. It is a bit heavy to move around but I loop my arms through and carry it on my back like a turtle which works very well.
