Suitable all year round!
The media could not be loaded. This concentrated pool algaecide Is great and being super concentrated it goes so far. Very effective in destroying algae and stopping the re growth. Suitable for all year use and even keeping the algae back during the winter season this is a must have for any pool or spa. Easy to read dosage rate on the bottle and after application the pH balance is not effected. Excellent value for money and highly recommended. Thankyou

waiting to see if it works
Like another reviewer I wondered if this is so effective for removing algae from a swimming pool or fountain, at an incredible dilution if it would also work for removing mosses and algae from our tarmac drive. Which is covered in moss. In the past I have purchased similar products designed for this and I suspect the chemical is similar but the dilution is much stronger, 1 litre chemical to 4 litres of water and then sprayed on and left. As the dilution is very different I used 200ml chemical to 10 litres water as a first attempt and sprayed it on quite thickly so the moss and tarmac was soaked.I am now waiting for something to happen. I am hopeful the moss will be killed and if so I will continue to treat the remainder of our very long drive. I have tried looking at the bottles of patio cleaner I usually use and am fairly sure the chemical is similar and to be effective I will need to use a similar dilution rate but will be very happy if this turns out to be wrong as this product would be much cheaper. Reading the bottles for the chemicals contained, you would think as this is a hazadous chemical it would be in large bold print mind you.Time will tell, 12 hours later the moss etc looks untouched so will report back in a few days time with the results for anyone else wishing to try this.24 hours later still no difference, so much for instantly kills algae etc. I think I will return to our usual chemical.A week later and the moss is as healthy as ever, this does not kill ordinary moss on drives or paths so don't waste your time trying. I find it hard to see how it kills algae in incredibly dilute quantities in pools and yet cannot kill ordinary moss when used much more strongly. But from all the other rave reviews I guess it does.

Fountains too?
Huge quantity of algae remover, especially when you consider you need only 10ml per 1,000l.Its primary purpose is listed as for pools and hot tubs, but I'm hoping it will also prove effective in removing algae from fountains, where it is a continual problem.

Great stuff - does the job
I haven't needed to use this for my hot tub as yet, however I can attest to the quality of the product as I've used it for something else. We have a couple of garden walls made from sleepers and they need treating, however the wet summer we've had has left them with a lot of greenery and algae creeping over them. I mixed a good strong dose of this stuff and added it to my sprayer and walked around giving everything a good dousing. After a day or so I just went over it with a stiff yard brush and they came up as good as new. It saved me a long weekend using the pressure washer to get them clean.I've no doubt that it will do the job in the hot tub, but I can highly recommend it for having in your shed for a few other jobs as well.

Good for a deep clean
We haven't had our hot tub on much this year, so as a result despite being drained some algae has inevitably built up a little. Once mostly removed this was a good way to treat the hidden areas and flush the system before filling up in time for some winter dips. Large tub and a little goes a long way, can be used continuously as a treatment along with other chemicals such as bromine to ensure a clear tub (or pool).

Must have for all pools
You may be still using your pool with a heater at this time of year and as we are still getting the sunlight it is ripe conditions for algae growth. This works a treat and helps keep your water polished and sparkling clean. It’s in a large 5litre tub for good value for money and very simple to use.
