New York Kajal, Black, Matte Finish

Quality is poor.. dry

First time they have sent packet without Kajol when i raise for replacement Duplicate or defective item was sent to me . As seen in image you have easily make out the Kajol was moved right of the correct placement and also it was rounded by plaster which is worst part. I will never recommend or buy beauty products from Amazon it’s worst experience.. knowing people are getting cheated here anyone can make out it’s not original one. And there is no option to return or replace item because it was given as replacement but why I should give duplicate one. Looking for answer for my questions hope going forward at least check ok quality before dispatching else customer will loose hopes on shopping in amazon

The entire kajal was missing as I ordered couple of things along with this kajal but this kajal and one nalpamaradhi thilam was missing

Cheap quality , made in china product. Very dangerous for eyes . My eyes turned red and itchy 😭

Bad quality. Is definately a fake product. The Kajal led is broken and does not rotate. The application is dry and flakey. The mouth of the pencil has a crack. Not usable This should be refunded.

I received broken product. But this is a non returnable product. So I Didn't complaint. I don't think this original Maybelline product.

The kajal stick didn't come with the package. Only the package came and I can't even replace the product.

Very bad product

This Kajal is excellent. I have tried many other brands which did not work well on me. But this time it was perfect. It stays on for long time, no side effects on my skins despite my skin being extremely sensitive.
