I would have given 5 stars just for the plastic material used I have given 4 stars. The plastic filter used is too brittle and not the edges are not smoothen. While cleaning it hurts a lot.But for the coffee making, the decoction is ultimate. The capacity is also good for small family of 4-5 people

Poor design and poor quality
Very poor design, not a user friendly product.looks good but made of very very poor quality materials. I won’t recommend to buy this product. I wondered how a Popular household appliances company PREETHI didn’t care about the quality of their products.

Not worth for the money
Don't see any value addition to this new model, except the plastic colour. Water overflow inside the filter is diluting the decoction. very bad design. The thermostat time and filtration time is not matching. Not worth for the money.
